Great Condo

The unit was clean and well stocked. The unit is in a great location near the pool and fitness center. The management company was very responsive to our needs. I would recommend!

By far our best experience ever!! The home had everything you could possibly need and the host was very detailed in everything that was provided as well as a notebook of info to all local attractions and needs. The location was superb!!! Absolutely beautiful and perfect!!

The condo is a wonderful spot for a relaxing stay north of Kona. The sunset views on the patio were a particular highlight. Pros: Well designed space, enough to accommodate us, two toddlers, teenager, & grandparent, with some creative arrangement of cribs. Property management was able to give us referrals to baby equipment rental which was helpful, though note that all of that (including cribs) is separate. Very accessible to the Hilton Waikoloa, a large resort with several restaurants and other amenities/activities. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there but happy to have the condo as our place to stay. Nearby (<5 mins drive) are many shops, other restaurants, a movie theater, and a pretty good market (with a fantastic wine/Champagne selection). It's also an easy starting point for other island adventures. Cons: Minor issues...fan/light in one room didn't work. Door code was changed on us 1 hr before departure. Resort restaurant didn't serve food some days.

May 03, 2024 This villa was clean, neat, and spacious. Lanai was perfect to watch the clouds and the ocean, plenty of supplies for washer, bathrooms and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen and closet full of beach chairs and toys. Our girls’ vacation-4 of us- were so comfortable and content! Thank you so much! Highly highly recommend! Cindy Miller

Very accessible to the Hilton Waikoloa, a large resort with several restaurants and other amenities/activities. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there but happy to have the condo as our place to stay. Nearby (<5 mins drive) are many shops, other restaurants, a movie theater, and a pretty good market (with a fantastic wine/Champagne selection). It's also an easy starting point for other island adventures. Cons: Minor issues...fan/light in one room didn't work. Door code was changed on us 1 hr before departure. Dec 31, 2023 Wow, this place truly exceeded our expectations & the photos! The hosts were accommodating and responsive. Check-in/Check-Out was seamless - the views were spectacular. The pool and pool grill were awesome as well as the area with lots to do and see plus a market down the road. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was great for a bigger group with individual TV's in all rooms. An activity closet with chairs, boogie boards, and snorkels provided. This listing is beautiful, and even more welcoming in person thanks to small details like top end appliances, full set of cookware, pantry staples, coffee on hand, comprehensive local guide, easy to use electronics and spa-like bathroom. Parking is convenient and labeled, the keyless door system was absolutely stellar, and those giant double doors that put all of Hawaii in your living room with you - perfection! Our host was proactive and responsive and such a comfort when you’re traveling so far from home! She answered all our questions quickly and courteously. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and plenty of gear for the beach!!! Unit was very close to the pool and gym which was wonderful. Nov 22, 2024 Amazing property, highly recommended This unit is absolutely perfect! Amazing views and plenty of space for our family of 6, 2 teenagers and 4 adults including the grandparents. The ground floor location was very convenient and the kitchen and BBQ well appointed for cooking in the unit. We loved the amenities of the property, including the pool and the restaurant, which are easy to access from the unit. Highly recommended, we will be back! Myra G
