We absolutely LOVED this condo. Amazing location and the condo itself was beautiful. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and extremely friendly group of people managing it. I stayed with my husband and our 2 little kids, 5 and 2, and it was safe for them and they had a blast.

May 03, 2024 We are a family of 4 that had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this centrally located ground-floor property at Pili Mai (7M). The property is purpose-built with all modern conveniences in a great location offering privacy, a island’s magical backdrop and within walking distances to shops, restaurants, beaches and golf. Parking easy and convenient also. Our host even left us a welcome kit! Nice touch. There are several fetal chickens roaming throughout the neighborhood aggressively looking for food, so please don’t feed them if you’re staying here. Tom Murray

There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and listening to the roosters (which we could not hear from inside the unit - a bonus). May 03, 2024 My family and I had a great time staying in the condo for 10 days. It's about a mile walk to Poipu beach and pool is about 30 yards away. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and small cooler on wheels are available to take to the beach. Poipu is a great place to vacation, and this is the best option I believe in the Poipu area. The property was well stocked with everything we needed including beach accessories, kitchen appliances, and cleaning products. As a mom of 4, I can confirm this is a PERFECT home for families and adult groups. The owners were amazing in working with me while I experienced travel trouble and kept great communication. May 03, 2024 My four kids and I were coming from Princeville and wanted to explore the south end of the island. The condo was very spacious and clean. I liked having 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. I also liked to sit outside on the patio. I had wished there were more walking paths. We had a great time! Jennifer Dwight

May 03, 2024 Nice large condo. Near to the pool. Great location in general. The condo was actually nicer than we expected. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was large and clean. Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen could have used some more spices - there was pretty much only salt, pepper and some oil. Many airbnb's have spices and other such things left behind from prior guests. This one did not (we did leave a few - maybe they'll still be there?). But overall, we had an absolutely lovely time. The layout is great if you are staying with other family members. The 3 bedrooms are not adjacent to each other, so there were no noise issues with little ones sleeping. Thank you! Erika Osterholzer
Feb 06, 2025 Would definitely stay again. Pili Mai is a new development. The property is very nice and well maintained with a gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. It is also and end unit which was a plus. Perfect location in Kauai and very close to everything. The host reached out ahead of our arrival asking if we wanted the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms converted to a King bed (which we did). That was very nice. They also had some beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Daniel C

Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, everything about the place was thoughtfully set up for us to enjoy our stay. We loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai watching the golfers and the wild Kauai chickens each morning. My youngest and I enjoyed the pool each late afternoon as my wife and older daughters got ready for our evening outings. And thank you for the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys they were a great addition to our stay. We will surely return. Thank you. Joe S

Oct 03, 2025 We had the most amazing time at this property! The home was even more beautiful in person—spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the stunning pool and spa area, which felt like our own private resort. We spent evenings grilling on the BBQs and soaking in the peaceful island vibes. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. We also really appreciated the state-of-the-art fitness center—such a bonus for a vacation rental! This place truly has it all: luxury, comfort, and the perfect location. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable Hawaiian getaway! Tracy S
Oct 03, 2025 We would definitely stay here again. This was our second rental in the Pili Mai complex and we really enjoyed our stay in 7M. It was spacious for our family of 4 plus grandma. The lower level was nice, too, and it was peaceful to watch the golfers from the patio. One reason we selected this property was the cozy sectional where we could watch movies as a family after a day at the beach. Jennifer W
Oct 03, 2025 It was a clean, beautiful home and looked like photos. The management company was responsive. It was close driving distance to Poipu beach and other popular spots. The home had beach equipment, some that was left behind from other guests, which was convenient and we appreciated! Leading up to the trip, they overloaded us with info on different platforms, which was overwhelming, but it beats the alternative. We had a great stay and I would recommend. Andrew & Nani B
