The house was wonderful! It had enough room for two families and my mom. We loved how it was in walking distance of the shopping center and the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Everything in the house was clean and beautiful. We were all very sad to leave and hope to stay there again one day!

May 03, 2024 Home delivered just as described from ad and pictures. 7 adults from 50 to 88. Very happy to have the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and coolers to use. The pretty stone flooring in the house (that others have mentioned) didn't really bother us. Walking path next to house was convenient to Princeville shopping center with restaurants, gifts, and groceries. I thought the road noise (on the other side of the path and park) was a little loud, but most of our group wasn't bothered. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and Kawaii. Adam Williams

May 03, 2024 This place was fantastic. We had a group of 5 adults, 4 children and the house was absolutely perfect for us! It's beautiful inside and out. The pool was great for the kids! Prinveville plaza is about a 4 minute walk. We did it with the kiddos almost every day, no problem. There's also an awesome park right along the side of the house, with an awesome playground for the kids. Even had lots of exercise equipment for the adults too! There is also a trail that leads to a secluded beach right by the stop sign. It's definitely a long walk, and I highly recommend not doing it with the little ones, or when it's raining. The trail does get slippery. The house is an easy 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay. It was actually perfectly located, we weren't more than 20 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. The AC in the bedrooms was a great bonus! The rest of the house doesnt have AC, but there are 2 ceiling fans that work great, so the heat didn't bother us. This house was worth every penny! May 03, 2024 If you are looking for a great home to spend with your family in Princeville then this is the place. Had everything you needed and more. Space was ideal for our family traveling with a baby. Yen, the property contact was awesome. Very accommodating when needed. The management company also offered concierge services to add to the experience. Pool was a great addition although didn't really get to use it much. Nice overall quiet location. Next to a park that offered a Saturday Farmers Market. Only drawback, downstairs flooring is a polished flagstone that made it very rough on the feet and concerning for an infant crawling. Although the baby didn't seem to mind much but we did, tender feet. ;) However, overall we had a great time. We would stay there again. CYNTHIA RUIZ

Mar 19, 2024 The house was amazing and beyond comfortable. We had 5 adults and 3 children. The home was generously stocked with all the essentials that we needed to last our entire 11 day stay and beyond. The kitchen is amazing and I believe we only ate out once because I wasn’t going to stink up the house with fish! From a food processor, to crockpot, to baking tools and all the accessories you could need we were set! Even touches such as clothes drying racks to setup outside for swim suits and towels - they thought of everything. The few minor issues we had, Yen the property manager was immediately responsive and had them addressed and resolved promptly and then followed up later to make sure we were satisfied. I would say my only complaint is that the house had the dullest pair of scissors known on the planet :). That was quickly fixed with a trip to the grocery store up the street! Jun 26, 2024 Our multi-generation family of 10 had a wonderful 10 day stay at Pohaku Villa. The house was well organized and stocked with everything needed for our comfort, especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The outside lanai area and pool for the boys provided a relaxing way to end the day after beach activities. Our group concurred that Pohaku Villa was the best vacation home we have rented! Apr 01, 2024 We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home in a great neighborhood within walking distance of Princeville center. The pool was perfect for 2-3 kids to play in. The covered back porch area was a great place to have breakfast every morning! Beautiful neighborhood but easy to get on the road for all of our day trips around the island. There were more amenities for the beach than expected as well as plenty of soap/ shampoo and conditioner. The team was easy to communicate with via text. Lindsay Rothering

Sep 21, 2023 Great house for our family, 3 couples and a 2-yr old for a week. Nice big well-equipped kitchen, handle lots of cooks at once. Plenty of space for us to spread out. A/C in bedrooms was perfect, great for sleeping. Pool got used every day, not very big but big enough to be very refreshing after touring/beaching. A PacknPlay and booster seat were welcome bonuses. Super location, short walk to "downtown" Princeville (food market, shops, restaurant/bar, playground). Even walkable to Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach (both fabulous! well worth the short, perhaps tricky hike for some), as was necessary due to very limited parking. Tons of beach gear - chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, boogie board. Very responsive hosts, via email and texting, generously provided an early checkin, and late checkout for one family with a late departing flight. A tip: Ke'e Beach now requires reservations for both access and parking. We had to miss it. Book (up to 30 days) well in advance! John Henel
May 03, 2024 We loved our stay. Right when we walked in we felt like home. King beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (appliances, plates, glasses, everything we needed), all kinds of beach gear, big showers and lux bath products. Our host accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated. The house was in a great location near Foodland, wonderful beaches, and a Saturday farmers market. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and we ate a lot of meals on the patio. We also really enjoyed the yard, it was so lush and well maintained. Instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. All in all a wonderful experience and we would love to stay at this home again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. May 03, 2024 The only thing missing is having a beach outside the front door. Location was great for families with small children, including a walking path to the park and grocery store/shopping area. Birds and chickens provided daily entertainment in the yard. The swimming pool, ping pong table, and arcade were enjoyed by young and old. The house had an abundance of beach toys/equipment for use and two pack and plays. We cooked most of our own meals and had all that we needed. Lots of room to have personal privacy. The house manager was gracious and responsive about questions and concerns. I would advise indoor only slippers or shoes for walking on the floors as the slate was not friendly to bare feet. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us. Linda Holmes
