Excellent home in Kona for a group or family. The space is spotless and beautiful, with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub and the beautiful outdoor space. It was very convenient with private parking + close to downtown and captain cook. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful, well-maintained home.

This was a beautiful, well-maintained home with many amenities. The location is secluded and private, yet relatively close to markets, shopping, tours, and activities. There were plenty of options if you wanted things to do. However, it was a perfect, tranquil getaway if you wanted to do nothing but relax. I enjoyed everything about this property. I would definitely reserve it again. The Elite Gather Team was very helpful. In particular, Liam went out of his way to help us during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Mahalo

* Open Play Sessions: Non-member drop-in rates will adjust from $10 to $15 per person, per session.
Punch Cards:
* 7-punch card: $90 (saves $15).
* 10-punch card: $120 (saves $30).
* Punch cards are valid for Open Play only (not reservations).
* Court Reservations: Tennis and pickleball reservations remain unchanged at $10 per person, per hour.
* Sign-In: For smoother check-ins, all guests will use a quick QR code sign-in.
* Members: simply enter your name.
* Non-members: name plus phone number (and email if requested).
These updates allow Holua Kai to maintain vibrant, well-managed facilities — ensuring you and fellow players can enjoy high-quality courts and a thriving pickleball community year-round.

Aug 17, 2022 Cool getaway spot on the Big Island We had a very nice and comfortable stay here. The house itself was clean and ready for us and had all the amenities we could've wanted. It's also extremely close to the location of some recreational boating/snorkeling tours, which we took advantage of. However there were some issues with the pool. The auto-vacuum had been pulled out prior to our arrival and there was what looked like plastic debris in both the pool and hot tub. I was able to contact the property manager, who had the pool folks out the next day. They were able to clean up maybe 75% of the debris aside from what I was able to do myself by reinserting the auto-vacuum and directing it towards problem spots. This is a great property and I'd probably stay here again, however for the cost of the stay I would expect the pool to be clean and ready on check-in. Lauren B
May 03, 2024 Beautiful home, fantastic landscaping, quiet neighborhood. The property management was very responsive to my questions and concerns. For example, the owners use a Nest thermostat which originally had a 70-78 range, with the home heating up to 78 when we were out and taking quite a while to cool down again to a comfortable range for us. I texted property management and they contacted the owner the next morning, and the range was reset to 70-75. It made a tremendous difference. (By the way, 70 was fine with the ceiling fans in the unit. I slept very comfortably!) The home was a spacious, comfortable place for our family of 3. The main bathroom in particular was beautiful! We cooked breakfast and dinner every day, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The provided welcome kit of paper towels, coffee, tp, etc was easily enough to accommodate a week long vacation, and the check out requirements were minimal. Plus we loooved the pool, jacuzzi, and lanai furniture! Allyson White

May 03, 2024 There was a total of 6 adults. The entire home was extremely clean, beautiful inside and out and even came with snorkeling gear, bikes etc. We had everything we needed. We stayed 8 days total. Would definitely rent from this company again. The pool is perfect. Steven Romero

Mar 12, 2024 We walked in and were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the house. All of the furnishes were beautiful and we loved the pool and large lanai. IDENTITY losses from 2200 dollars and police officers will not take action until they have her ID and it was stolen in the burglary she was so upset that she didn’t want to go to the graduation celebration she had felt sick and just had a bad vacation Bennie Ambriz

Feb 25, 2025 A very clean and pretty property. It's in close proximity to many excursions, a downtown shopping area with restaurants and a golf course. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker that takes pods or beans.Pool is heated and hot tub attached so temperature is always rightAny inquiries were always responded to in a timely manner and all of ours were answered or requests were granted. Jul 14, 2025 We absolutely loved our stay! Great location to the activities we had planned, in fact we were able to walk to the Manta Rays excursion from our place. The home is in a gated community and very clean! I loved the huge kitchen, with all the items we needed including spices! We also enjoyed the coffee to get our vacation started. The outdoor patio was so peaceful and we enjoyed spending time out there. Thanks for a great stay! Lisa Mcallister
