The property was beautiful. My teenage daughter and I got away for a long weekend together and had the best time. The location is perfect. The views are amazing. The pictures on the listing were exactly what it looked like. We’ll definitely book again!

Feb 06, 2023 House is smaller than what appears in the photos. We only had two adults and felt if we had two additional people there would not be enough space. House has no ac and island gets a lot of rain so majority of the time doors and windows had to remain shut. There are only two small fans located in each bedroom and no ceiling fans. I was put back by the odor that came from the master bed sheets, smelt as though sheets sat in a wash for a week, dried then applied to the bed. Primary bedroom has a really low beam and room/bathroom are small so makes it hard to navigate. Upon arrival there were tons of flies in the unit. Location to beach is deceiving as the view from the patio is displaying water making it appear as if there is a beach you can walk out on. You can not, there is a large drop off (cliff) and no beach to walk out on. Jessica M

May 03, 2024 My parents and I could not have been happier with the location and the condo. Nothing but ocean breeze and quiet. They had the main bathroom downstairs and I had the cute little loft and private bathroom. Great locale to visit north Kauai sites. It was ALMOST perfect...Minor gripe: we had to go to foodland to buy everything, there were no seasonings or staples for cooking (like oil, mustard, etc). Our family prefers eating in most of the time (and why not when you're staying in such a sweet place with a kitchen). Very kind manager, she had no problem with our semi-early check-in. Great communication. Highly recommend and I hope to bring friends back from Oahu. Jennifer Campbell

May 03, 2024 This property has an amazing location and has recently been remodeled. Very clean, new appliances, and lots of beach equipment (chairs, boards, cooler, snorkel gear, etc.). This is an older property on north shore so no A/C in any of the units but there is excellent wind from the ocean so we didnt find that to be a problem. Highly recommend!! Chris Williams

Mar 25, 2024 We’ve been to Kauai twice now. We stayed in Lihue the first time and this time in Princeville. We prefer the north shore so this location is amazing. If you want to drive down to Poipu or Waimea it’s a bit of a drive so maybe staying further south would be better for you. For us though, this is the perfect location. Joshua Tolman

Feb 23, 2024 We had a great stay at Sealodge on this first leg of our trip. Princeville was a great place. Everything we needed was at the Condo for a great day on the beach. Plenty of amenities around the area for whatever you choose to do. Would definitely stay here again if we are back on the island. We did a helicopter tour of the island the first day we were there to get the layout of things. Definitely recommend it if you want to see the entire island. The Napali Coast was absolutely breathtaking from the air. Waimea Canyon is a great place for hiking. Po'ipu, Hanapepe, Kapaa, Hanalei Bay, were amazing little towns for sight seeing! So much to see, if we only had more time. Until next time Kauai, Mahalo! Scott Young

Jan 03, 2024 Two adults one teen stayed. Plenty of space, especially when compared to a hotel room. Photos are accurate. Furniture was comfortable, No AC was ok, there were plenty of fans and a nice breeze off the ocean. We found all the kitchen implements we needed, beach chairs and umbrellas (could use one more chair as there were only three and the place accommodates four people) there are beach towels, a cooler and even a couple pairs of flippers. We bought cheap snorkels and had fun snorkeling at Anini Beach. Check in was seamless, no big list of chores for check out and property manager communication was good. I would have to really nitpick to find anything to complain about. To address the rooster thing: there are chickens all over Kauai I don't know how you escape roosters. The ones here started up anytime after 3am, with 4:30 being the average. Close the window and turn on the fan and you can keep sleeping. Would stay here again. Princeville is a good location and we mostly stayed on the north side. Easy drive to Hanalei. Easy drive to Kilauea. There's a farmers market Saturday morning. Sealodge Beach can be walked to from the parking lot but it's not swimmable in high surf and it's not a trail to haul stuff down. Definitely walk down there though it's pretty. Kimberly Budd

Sep 12, 2024 The place is smaller than pictured, but for me and my boyfriend it was still plenty of space. It’s open space so I don’t know if I’d come there with kids (their room is upstairs but no doors, and sliding doors to the master bedroom) The structure doesn’t come with AC so if you’re a hot sleeper I’d think about it twice, because it does get warm during the night. My boyfriend is a hot sleeper and had the fan on maximum power blowing on his face every night. I didn’t mind the heat that much but just a heads up. Lastly, the property management company is amazing!! They’re super responsive and kind. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response even from the after hours team! It was very nice for the kids to have their own room and bathroom. So nice to wake up to ocean sounds and the view. Very cozy and will always look back on our stay fondly there! Beds were comfortable- and it was very well stocked with extra sheets, towels, toiletries, beach towels, laundry detergent etc. Our host was very sweet and accommodating. She was wonderful with all my questions and concerns during our stay. Very kind and accommodating during checkout as as well 🤍 Incredible stay and I suggest that you stay here if you have a party of 2+ and you’re looking to stay in Princeville. Alondra Ladd

May 03, 2024 This condo is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for folks looking for modern design and amenities. The semi-private beach (no beach on Hawai’i is actually private) is well worth the short hike (wear hiking boots!!!) as it was the most secluded beach we experienced during our 7 night stay on Kauai—plus, we saw turtles, had some decent snorkeling, and even saw a playful seal! The space itself is perfect for a couple or small family, though I imagine it would be tough for 2 couples to navigate as it is a bit tight (it is a condo, after all!) and the second bedroom is an open loft. That being said, the space was gorgeous and well designed, and the large windows allowed for AMAZING breezes and views of the ocean. We would absolutely stay here again for a few nights. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, check in was a breeze, and the washer/dryer was a very nice (and helpful!) touch for the tail end of our stay on the island! We cooked the best meal we had in this kitchen! Danny McColgan

May 03, 2024 We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable with excellent ocean views. The hike down to the beach was a treat. The cleaning fee was a bit high, especially as guests are asked to start laundry before leaving. There was also a strange damp odor coming from the master bath and closet. Jan 06, 2025 This condo matched the description. It is cozy for four people. The view of the ocean is spectacular. I wish this complex had a hot tub, but it did not. The owners need to purchase new sheets for the master bedroom bed. The sheets were very slippery and the fitted sheet would come off the moment you moved in the bed. I appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler. Overall, we were pleased with the unit. Santos Ramos

Feb 23, 2025 The view from this apartment was absolutely spectacular! We could hear the ocean waves, which made our stay even more special. The apartment had plenty of great amenities, including a swimming pool, beach chairs, towels, fins, and umbrellas, which were such a nice touch. We had a great time overall. That being said, the apartment is not a true two-bedroom – the main bedroom is located right next to the dining table, so it lacks privacy. The unit itself is a bit small and feels somewhat dated, and the bathroom could use some updates. Despite these few details, we still had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it! Renato L

Jul 14, 2025 A quiet Oceanside community nestled a top a grassy knoll. All rooms have grand view of ocean and kitchen has splendor of the lush mountains. I’ve been all over Kaua’i and Maui and Big Island. Considering access to beaches, hikes, water sports, food/restaurants and beauty, this, hands down was my favorite!!!! Lauren A
