The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 3 children. My only complaint was the parking lot was labeled with spaces, and we were told to park anywhere. Our assigned condo space was taken with a covered Jeep. So we parked anywhere as directed and received a nasty gram from another renter that we parked in the wrong spot. The third floor was not an issue for my family. This space fit our family and we had a good time.

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family vacation, with the access to the pool and close proximity to downtown Kona. It felt safe, secure, and welcoming. A great home base!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. I truly felt at home and would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

May 03, 2024 We have stayed at the Keahou surf and Raquet Club before but it was in a different condo. We loved that place. We rented this condo for our Jan 2023 trip and it was heaven. The location, size, place, cleanliness, etc. The list goes on and on. I highly recommend this place! This will be the first place I look at booking my next trip to Kona! It’s Amazing! May 03, 2024 Our 3-generation family group of 7 stayed here for 1 week and loved this top-floor condo. The space is roomy, well-decorated, and comfortable (with the exception of the full-size mattress in the loft which was a little thin). The location is convenient--right next to a great snorkeling beach and close enough to Kona restaurants and beaches without being too close to the noise and crowds. The kids loved the pool, and the beach and cliff access was great for sunsets and surf watching. If you play tennis or pickleball, you'll enjoy the courts and can even take lessons. Plenty of beach gear, pickleball and ping-pong paddles, and all the things you need to make a family vacation successful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Lauren Longspur

Oct 20, 2024 This stay was just okay. There were several gnats and cockroaches in the kitchen, plus a few lizards (cute but unexpected). One of the showers had a broken knob so it was a little difficult to operate. That being said, the beds were comfortable and the space was well equipped. The host responded quickly. The condo was about a 10 minute drive from the shops in Kona, a little bit further from the nicer beaches in the area (Hāpuna beach was about 50 minutes). Hannah Kaluhiokalani
Oct 18, 2024 Our family of 7 (2 teen grandkids, their mom & our 2 adult kids) stayed Mon-Sun. Beautiful location, home was stocked with most essentials and everything else you could possibly need was within a 10 min drive. Staff very proactive, they alerted us of electrical outage outcome before we even contacted them! A few recommendations from a neat freak: toilet way too short and a little dirty, needs mopping supplies to keep floors clean & general counter cleaner, board games incomplete. The dishwasher was taken completely apart and we couldn’t use it, luckily I had lots of helpers and we did them by hand immediately after each meal. If nothing else, bug spraying in between guests. We bought lots of food and had to keep everything in fridge or in big trash bags completely sealed to keep out the roaches. With all that being said, we all had an awesome time and would totally come back. Your home is beautiful, comfortable and managed by awesome staff! We thank you for having us in your home! Maria Beam
Oct 10, 2024 The place is exactly how the description online showed. Pictures matched in person. Host is nice and communicative. They also have a property manager that helps when you arrive, they are nice as well. Only downside is someone was parked in our assigned parking and even after I called management, the car was never moved our entire stay. Lucky there were guest parking where I can park and walked a little bit. Overall highly recommend host and home. Michael Nguyen

Location was great for watching sunsets at the rocky beach a quick 5 minute walk away. There’s a fantastic (our fave on all the islands) snorkel spot a 10 minute walk north of the Airbnb that we went to a couple times- so awesome! Abby Gromowsky

One thing to note- there is no elevator in the building so we had to carry our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs by hand. Not a huge deal, but something you should be aware of. May 03, 2024 This air bnb accommodated myself as well as my 8 friends, we were all comfortable and were very pleased with the view of the ocean on the balcony:) the instructions to get in were very easy, the location is perfect because it’s just along the strip where there’s food, the beach shopping and more. our hosts were very amazing about responding and being on it with helping us if we needed 🫶🏼 we enjoyed our stay here very much and we would come again 10 stars ⭐️ thank you 💛 Nicole Perez
May 03, 2024 We stayed here with a group of 8, there's plenty of room, hot water did run out if we all took showers back to back. The bunk beds upstairs are squeaky, so whenever someone moves you can definitely hear them. Overall it was a great place to stay! Centrally located to lots of things, the view was great and we enjoyed having sports equipment for pickle ball. Would definitely recommend staying here. Jennifer Green

Jul 12, 2025 The condo was very close to several beaches and only a 10-15 drive to downtown Kona. Well maintained property; however beware of gnat spawning season. For some reason they were making it into the condo, the host gave good advice to minimize the issue which was helpful. Oct 22, 2025 I stayed at this condo from October 4-10, 2025. We got off the plane and arrived like 20 minutes early to the condo. We could see it was ready but we’re not able to get in. It was hard to find the code then when I found it buried in an email it wouldn’t work. I called multiple numbers and finally got through to a concierge that gave us the code that only worked just after check in time at 4:00. When we entered it was extremely hot inside. The house was very clean but did have a broken knob on the shower and a broken dresser. I tried to report both but did not hear back from anyone. We tried to go to the pool and the code we were given did not work. Luckily a tenant gave us the code to enter but we could not use the restroom because that had a different code. The BBQs out by the pool were a nice amenity. The condo was stocked with everything you could need for the beach and cooking which was great. Overall I wish communication would be done through the Airbnb app. Karrie Portillo
