Everything about the condo was perfect! My friends were extremely happy with our choice. We had a GREAT weekend!!

Perfect family vacation condo - the full kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware allowed us to eat in and enjoy leftovers after long days of fun where kids were too tired to sit for dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The master shower is incredible!!! Note: if you have small children, they won't be tall enough to reach the bathroom faucet knobs. Loved the treasure trove of boogie boards, sand toys, beach mat, and big beach towels!!! So so so perfect for our beach adventures. Being on the third floor was excellent -- the breeze kept the patio cool and it was lovely to sit and watch the palms blow in the breeze and listen to the birds any time of day. Also a great location - near the golf course, very short walk to the pool, close to A-Bay Beach, quiet, laid back, and close to the Hilton and resort area shopping/cinema/restaurants for activities and outings. And only 20-30 minutes to Kona airport. Overall a great find for us!!! Highly recommended.

The condo in The Shores was absolutely perfect for our stay during our Christmas break. We loved cooking in the updated kitchen, sitting out on the spacious balcony to watch the sunsets, and relaxing in our comfortable surroundings. The location was prime! It is a 5 minute walk to the Hilton resort or just a 10 minute walk to the King's crossing. The property is pristinely maintained and has very nice grills to bbq out on. There is no doubt I would book the condo again if we travel back to Kona.

Overall this stay was great. It was an absolutely perfect location, very spacious condo with great amenities. We had some issues with the washing machine malfunctioning but the host responded promptly with a fix. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. The unit looked to be cleaned very hastily with trash and dirty laundry left behind from the previous guests.

May 03, 2024 Communication was excellent. Checkin was easy since everything had a passcode to enter, no keys necessary. Property was clean and updated. Lanai was beautiful and relaxing. There were tiny ants in the kitchen, but that is to be expected. There was ant spray available. Proximity to the King’s and Queen’s markets was fantastic. Great pool. We will definitely book this unit the next time we visit The Big Island. Thanks for making our vacation amazing! Note: we did not use any of the concierge services, so we cannot speak to that experience, but it is nice that it was available. Julie Anderson
May 03, 2024 Beautiful corner villa on the top floor with gorgeous views of garden and peekaboo views of the ocean. The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. The property management was very responsive and overall does an amazing job keeping you up to date with everything -- whether it's a weather alert or a checkout reminder. When we arrived our unit didn't have a wifi. Despite this being outside of their working hours (and honestly not a big issue), the property management went above and beyond to make sure we have all troubleshooting information to get it up working again. The resort is walking distance to both Kings and Queens market, and happy hour at Tropics is just across the street. Will most definitely consider this villa again during our next trip to Waikoloa. Sep 20, 2023 Highly recommend, would stay here again! The apartment exceeded expectations - immaculately clean, great location, helpful communication from the host, had everything we needed. Nice view from the lanai where we had all of our meals. Nice pool for when we didn’t feel like going to the beach, which is very close by (15 min walk or 5 min drive). The visitor parking was plentiful and located right by the entrance (we were worried about not having a dedicated garage but that turned out to be not an issue at all). Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets you’d need, and the welcome coffee was a nice touch too! Do note that there were very few pantry items so make sure to bring or buy things like olive oil, salt, pepper etc. if you want to cook. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Sabina Clay

Sep 15, 2024 STOP HERE! Book this place! It’s an absolute gem!!! The view to this place is insane! Probably the best view out of the whole condo building since it’s on the third floor facing the ocean. Garden all over the site is kept up so well! Great kitchen stocked with everything you need or might have at home. The bathrooms are so nice, both rooms are very spacious! It’s situated in a very nice area, there’s a grocery store so close by called Island Gourmet, it has everything and anything you can think of, down to delicious poke!! There’s a beautiful beach about 5 min away called ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay where it’s perfect to spend the day soaking up the sun, we would then come back in the evenings to take in the sunset which was literally the highlight of all our nights!! Apr 18, 2024 The place was lovely. Unfortunately, there was construction going on in a unit below ours, that was quite distracting. That, however, is life and not the fault of the owner. Kitchen is well-stocked although there was no cutting board. There was a generous amount of dishwasher detergent and laundry soap, enough so that we didn't have to buy any. May 03, 2024 This was an amazing find; we will definitely be back! Tropics Ale House is a 2 min walk away, and the Kings/Queens shops are a 15 min walk away that has everything you need. Very homey, renovated space. No issue with parking, which is what other guests had mentioned in their reviews. We had ample room for our rental. Pool and gym areas wonderful. Brandin Gwinner

Feb 02, 2025 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very walkable to services and the beach and we enjoyed amazing sunsets from our lanai. We arrived after dark, and when we put the address of the property in our maps, it took us to the incorrect building. I needed to review the instructions which clearly stated where the building was. Just pay attention to the instructions instead of the address when you arrive. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The grocery store and numerous restaurants are located within a mile of the property. Jennifer Martin
