Nice home and good location. Inside the home got hot after using the dryer but rest of the days were good

We enjoyed our stay and our own bbq on the lanai. The bathrooms looked great. Internet was ok most of the time but seemed to slow down at night. We were comfortable. We were able to use some of the beach equipment that they provided, especially the chairs.

May 03, 2024 We had a lovely visit for >2 weeks. The condo is very spacious and has a large lanai with nearly 180 degrees of ocean view and a front seat to the 9th tee of the Kona County club course. I love to cook, and we never ate out as the kitchen is well provisioned with utensils, appliances and many non-perishables. Bed was comfortable - nice to have a King - as was living room furniture. Great WiFi. Relaxing pool. Close to shopping and easy drive to many beaches. Kailua is 10-15 minutes away. Condo is on the third floor, so I can understand some might have trouble with the stairs. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again! Kara McMillan

Dec 25, 2023 Overall, I think it was a great place. Good location, clean unit with a lot of amenities. Maybe not the best place for young kids. A lot of rules (specifically with the pool). There is definitely a difference working with a small host vs a large professional group like gather. A lot of the communication was very wordy, whenever I asked a question they would copy paste from some document which sometimes never really addressed my question. Jonathon Young

Jan 07, 2026 Nice apartment with everything you need. Extremely well equipped. Lots of space even though we used both sofas for sleeping. Next to a golf course and very quiet except sometimes you can hear the grass being cut at the golf course at night. 5min-walk to snorkel trips with mantas, 2min to the supermarket, very convenient place for all kinds of activities.
