Great comfortable place

Great comfortable place, we enjoyed our stay with a wonderful ocean view overlooking the golf course.

We had a lovely visit for >2 weeks. The condo is very spacious and has a large lanai with nearly 180 degrees of ocean view and a front seat to the 9th tee of the Kona County club course. I love to cook, and we never ate out as the kitchen is well provisioned with utensils, appliances and many non-perishables. Bed was comfortable - nice to have a King - as was living room furniture. Great WiFi. Relaxing pool. Close to shopping and easy drive to many beaches. Kailua is 10-15 minutes away. Condo is on the third floor, so I can understand some might have trouble with the stairs. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Overall, I think it was a great place. Good location, clean unit with a lot of amenities. Maybe not the best place for young kids. A lot of rules (specifically with the pool). There is definitely a difference working with a small host vs a large professional group like gather. A lot of the communication was very wordy, whenever I asked a question they would copy paste from some document which sometimes never really addressed my question.

Dec 30, 2024 We enjoyed our stay and our own bbq on the lanai. The bathrooms looked great. Internet was ok most of the time but seemed to slow down at night. We were comfortable. We were able to use some of the beach equipment that they provided, especially the chairs. Keith Brady
