I loved this unit’s location within the complex. It is right beside the pool and parking which made carrying items like groceries to the condo very convenient. Also the easy pool access made it easy to take a child back and forth to use the washroom etc without having to pack everything up again. It was great! I would definitely stay again.

Great place and location.

Comfortable bedrooms each with excellent bathrooms. First floor close to parking lot and pool. We took walks each morning on the greenbelt walking trail that has an easy 7 minute walk to 2 different beaches. Perfect for our young family. We would definitely stay again.

May 03, 2024 Our stay at Poipu Kai was excellent. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids between the three bedrooms with two master suites and and three full bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and the lanai area was great and private. The location is perfect - good walking distance from local beaches and trails. The pool area is great, right outside the room. The check in was very smooth and easy with a code on the door. There was even a wagon filled with beach gear that was included to use. Overall, awesome experience! Would definitely use again! May 03, 2024 We always stay in the Poipu area and prefer the south side. This property was large enough for our family and very comfortable. We loved the welcome basket of goodie’s and the other amenities. If there was one complaint, or suggestion I would recommend that the dryer be serviced as it takes an extra long time to dry if at all. The dry may have a clogged exhaust hose. john dempsey

May 03, 2024 Very comfortable unit for our family of 6. Excellent location close to beaches, quiet community, well maintained grounds. Kitchen fully stocked to do some meals in. First floor lanai was great and unit even has beach toys chairs and umbrellas which was great. Minor wear and tear such as master BR door sticking but to be expected in a STR. May 03, 2024 We loved this ground level Kauai condo. The entire home was clean and comfortable, the lanai was lovely and our kids would have stayed at the pool all day. We had everything we needed to spend 8 days in Kauai, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas, comfy furniture and beds and some welcome puzzles and books for the few rainy days. The walk to the beach was easy (and gorgeous). Close proximity to all Poipu has to offer. Would certainly stay again! Amanda & Casey O'Neill
