This villa is just as advertised and the views are outstanding! Natalie and Jean are very responsive and the overall process was great. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Location is beautiful and the villas are nice. What you don’t know is that vrbo is just the broker for another company. Communication was horrible at the start with most questions through the vrbo app and got no reply. Turns out they just forwarded concerns (when they did) via email to the parent company- we learned this 7days before arrival. We had several problems using codes for doors and gates. It was finally with the help of another guest we were able to get into the gate- they explained most were confused as to how to sign in. The other issues were all maintenance- a couch needed for sleeping was broken and not notified of this problem, we had dryers that worked poorly and were clogged. Someone came out to solve the issue, but it did not work. 3 towels should not take over an hour to dry. We had a headboard that was so worn out it needed immediate attention to avoid serious injury, toilet that needed to be shimmed to avoid falling off the seat, a cooktop that took 34min to scramble eggs- the oven was another issue that by the end of our stay wasn’t worth even using. This wouldn’t be an issue, but I planned on cooking in this gourmet kitchen and brought provisions for such things. even a coffee pot had to be replaced because it needed to be cleaned. be sure to bring anything you need as the kitchen is only supplied with salt and pepper-Lastly- I inquired if the unit was ADA accessible and got no reply for higher toilet, elevator-hot 0 response.

The location and views were excellent for our family vacation. Having the ajoining unit worked out perfectly for the grandparents. We highly recommend these beautiful condos especially for larger family events. The hosts were very responsive and the text messages very helpful. Experience the ultimate Hawaiian getaway at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay. This spacious four-bedroom lockout consists of adjoining three-bedroom and studio units, two private lanais, a full-size kitchen, and a kitchenette in the studio. This residence provides the ideal balance of privacy and shared spaces for enjoying quality vacation time together. Featuring comforts such as central air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet service, and two large-capacity washers and dryers (one in each unit). Our villas also have high ceilings and fine finishes like granite and marble countertops and Brazilian chestnut flooring.

This unique floor plan, with nearly 2,400 square feet of living space, includes a primary suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closets, spa-like bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, separate showers, and a dual-sink vanity. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, plus a third king bed in the studio. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa has been added to the studio, and two king mattresses have been included for enhanced comfort. All rooms include smart televisions, and for added flexibility, both living rooms also have a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Along with elegant bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms, each of our villas offers an open-concept floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable dining space for leisurely meals inside and on your private lanais. Tranquil living areas create the perfect option for relaxing after a day of island adventures. Or, guests may wish to unwind on two lovely, private 158-square-foot lanais, which are furnished with a dining table and chaise lounge.

Your Ocean Villa is just steps from the private pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area designated for the use of villa guests only, as well as the Bay View Beach Lawn and Kuilima Cove.

Perfectly located on the world-famous North Shore of Oahu within an 850-acre community, Turtle Bay includes seven breathtaking beaches where guests can snorkel, stand-up paddle, kayak, bike, segway, or stroll and unwind. May 03, 2024 Thank you for a memorable experience. The pictures are great but it cannot replicate the amazing feeling of first entering the property, with the welcoming Hawaiian music, cooling AC, beautiful view of the Turtle Bay landscape and ocean front beach, and of course the stunning unit itself. We enjoyed this unit because the attached studio with its separate bathroom, kitchenette and lanai allowed privacy within our group (plus we could bake dessert while dinner and pupus were prepared). Parking, beach, the pool, Roy’s Beach House, Turtle Bay Resort all very close by. Access codes and wifi as well as checkin and checkout instructions very easy and concise. May 03, 2024 Lovely condo, big sliding door, big windows, and we had grandparents in an adjoining condo. The kids sorted out their rooms. The primary suite was well laid out and felt private. The kitchen and laundry made doing mom stuff really easy. The dishwasher in our unit would start not not complete cycles, and I called the property manager. After resetting the circuit breaker, the machine continued to act up. It didn't spoil our trip, just a nuisance. The room and all gates need a number code, and the kids took to it quickly. May 03, 2024 Beautiful property, very confortable and clean condo. The property had everything for everyone in our group to have a wonderful trip, from the family friendly beach out front (even when big waves were crashing on the outer reefs), to several bar and restaurant choices for the adults, to the walking trails and bike paths. All without being too over-the-top or too busy the way Waikiki can be. Loved it! Michael Grimm

Apr 23, 2024 There is so much to do at this property, there are few reasons to leave the Turtle Bay area! Much of what you really need/want to leave for is within 10-20 minutes. The beach and pool/hot tub are steps away. The view is just as in the photos. It's important to note that this property is part of Turtle Bay Resort but you will need to pay/pay more for many of the Turtle Bay Hotel amenities (golf, bikes, pickle ball, spa/wellness classes, etc.). The concierge is extremely helpful at setting things up. Plenty of beach towels are in bathrooms. Shampoo and Conditioner are bigger than hotel size. Only two beach chairs. Needs a larger frying pan but other than that the kitchen is well equipped. Getting 205 & 206 was fabulous so that grandparents could have their own space! Sep 16, 2023 The room and furniture were the same as the pictures. We had a party of 10 including 2 seniors and 3 teens and the teens slept on the sofa bed. The four queen beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has utensils, but no seasonings or oil, so you'll need to bring your own. There are laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning is the best experience. Moegi Amano

May 03, 2024 We stayed at units 205/206 in Ocean Villas. 206 is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, full kitchen, and living room condo. It has an adjoining door to 205 that is a more traditional hotel room/suite with living room and efficiency kitchen. Both rooms also have lanais over-looking the pool and beach. The actual views are even better than the pictures on the listing. The rooms were perfectly located with a short walking distance to the the Turtle Bay hotel. The Airbnb was very expensive for 6 nights, but the accommodations were so good, it was well worth it. My only complaint was about the expense of Turtle Bay resort overall. All restaurants were incredibly expensive - dinner for 4 adults >$300. The breakfast buffet, which was excellent, cost us ~$450 for 6 adults and a 5-year old. Fortunately, the main kitchen was great and we used it for MANY meals - full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, a double dishwasher and all the kitchen supplies you need. Christine Carswell
May 03, 2024 Wonderful stay with our family. We had both units which were was nice for our family of 12. There weren’t enough towels for all of us, beach and bath. Tried to get a hold of someone but no one responded. We love the North Shore and have stayed at the condos but this was our first time in the villas and we loved being closer to the beach. Feb 13, 2025 Just as described. The location was perfect for our family. The size and how many the 2 condos slept was perfect for us. The kitchen had most of the gadgets you needed to cook meals. There are a few things I would definitely change if I managed these condos. There was not enough essentials for our group of 10. Towels were limited, not enough to go around. Staff would not bring more. We were doing at least 2 loads of laundry per day. With that being said we ran out of laundry pods way before our stay was over. We ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day. The shampoo was basically hand soap and the conditioner well, not good. Let’s just say all the essentials amenities were not quality & definitely not enough to get through our stay. When we called for more, they informed us it was our responsibility to purchase these items when we ran out. That includes toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish washer pods shampoo, conditioner, Kleenexes etc. Not acceptable for the price we paid. Dominic & Hannah Farrenkopf
Aug 01, 2025 There’s nothing like Turtle Bay. We’ve stayed in other condos in the same location and we loved how open and spacious this space in particular was for our group of 9! We will absolutely be coming back yet again. Katy Rawlins
