Our stay was fantastic. A week of family vacation with 9 people and it was an absolute blast. Close location to the local supermarket, playground, and library (we took out books for our young kids) was great as well as being able to drive to Hanalei and other beaches for snorkeling and other fun. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with equipment to cook any type of meal you could imagine. The pool was great! If you want it to be heated, be sure to notify the host right away, don't wait to the last minute.

This lovely home was perfect for our family reunion gathering in Kauai. Beautiful, well-appointed immaculate place in a gorgeous neighborhood. It is very conveniently located close to major Princeville sights and shops/restaurants—especially appreciated that it was so close to a great supermarket. The living quarters and bedrooms are beautifully designed and furnished elegantly. The sleek gourmet kitchen is a dream—well stocked with every cookware and serve ware imaginable. Finally, the outdoor space is a stunner—we loved the lush landscaping, sparkling saline pool, as well as the stylish well-appointed outdoor sitting and dining furnishings. Thank you for the most peaceful and beautiful 4-day stay at this Princeville paradise!

We had a wonderful time. We had a party of 10 counting a 1 year old, a 80 year old and ages in between. We all said we would definitely come back. It was spacious and clutter free. You could move easily about. The pool was great. We recommend paying the extra to heat it. Well worth it. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. When we needed help the staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Loved it all.

May 03, 2024 Beautiful place. Everything was thought out when it was renovated. Three full bathrooms including 2 en suite’s. Two washers/dryers for all the beach/pool clothes and towels(10 provided) to be easily cleaned. Made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Kids loved the pool and brand new ping pong table in the garage. AC in the bedrooms worked great to stay comfortable. There’s plenty of extra after sun aloe and bug spray left over. The kitchen was overly equipped with everything new for family meals: coffee makers of all kinds and a grinder. Ninja blender for smoothies and the BBQ on the lanai came in handy. There’s spices in the cabinet and all brand new everything. This was a luxurious place and would definitely recommend to anyone. Mahalo Yen! Jon Hawkins

May 03, 2024 We absolutely LOVED our stay. Perfect location, close to golf course, beach, Princeville bike path/walking path literally just down the street. The photos are great but the layout and space is even better than what photos present. Pool is perfect for the kids young and old, and the sitting outdoor area has a roof so you can grill and eat outside in the rain. The rooms are laid out so it’s super private. There are two pack n plays and a high chair for those with small kids. But the best part was how responsive the property manager was with any questions. We LOVED our stay and would definitely come back again. Annie Wang

Not only was the house perfect (clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked, the pool was a blast for my kids) the location was easy access to Hanalei Bay, Princeville Shopping. I never felt inconvenienced and I just loved coming "home" to this beautiful beachy retreat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and definitely made us feel welcome. Jun 22, 2024 It's always nice when an Airbnb rental is a well-designed and well-thought-out house. The kitchen was great to cook in... though if we had known earlier about Foodland's amazing poke bowls for $10, we would have cooked less! The management was very friendly and responsive. Vendors like the pool cleaning service showed up when they said they would. We made use of the bodyboards, beach mats, and two washers and dryers. The only suggestions I would have is that the furniture (including dining chairs and barstools) needs some kind of felt on the legs and a couple of the patio cushions were stained. The location was perfect for the North shore and close to lots of beautiful beaches, botanical gardens and fun towns. Having the pool gate was perfect for our littles! Apr 10, 2024 This house is beautiful and was very well set up for our group giving each of us private space to enjoy. The house is well equipped, and I loved all the Samsung appliances and TVs since that's what I have at home. The double washer/dryer was nice, and great beach equipment for use too. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to the local store. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. The only issue we had was related to the pool. The patio and pool area were really wonderful, so tastefully done and comfortable, although the pool is smaller than the pictures show. That didn't stop us from really enjoying the pool...once the heat issue was resolved. I paid to have the pool heated but it took 2 days for them to resolve and get it working. However, they were very responsive to the issue and did eventually resolve it so it's not huge complaint, just something for people to be aware of if you are going to have it heated. It's really a fantastic place and I'd stay again! Julia Gallagher

It’s a quiet area w/ a very nice shopping area close by. The pool is not heated though so it was a bit chilly to jump in. My friends and I enjoyed the space. Kelly Ubaldi

Can walk to a playground, grocery store, restaurants. There are 2 pack and plays and a high chair. Tons of beach gear in the garage. Immaculate property. Really nice to have a double washer/dryer, beach towels, rice cooker, ping pong table, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, 4 boogey boards, etc. Might be nice to have a few more games, but I brought some from home. Jul 27, 2025 This was such a great place to stay. Super quiet and cute neighborhood and close to many beaches and little towns. The owners/property managers were the absolute best - quick to respond with any question and accommodated us so well. They let us have an early check-in when we had super tired kids and parents at the end of their ropes :) The kitchen was well appointed for family dinners and there were enough beach towels for every family member. (TWO washers and dryers also made sure everyone also had a dry bath or beach towel. Did I mention there were nine of us?). Can't say enough great things about this place. Aug 12, 2025 The place was prefect setting for the family trip, host was very responsive. Had beach chairs, boogie boards, ping pong. Location is perfect to walk to the grocery store or just a quick 12 min drive to Hanalei bay to swim at the beach. Chad T
Aug 12, 2025 We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The pool was so much fun and the house itself was bigger than expected. We fit nine adults, plus a toddler and infant, and it never felt crowded. The ac kept the bedrooms cool and the rest of the house had plenty of windows and fans to keep the trade winds flowing in. I especially appreciated the clear, super simple checkout instructions. I would love to stay here again! Kara C
Aug 12, 2025 We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our large family of 2 adults and 5 kids. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Major bonus was the double washer and dryer! The setting is just beautiful and we enjoyed many days surfing at Hanalei Bay. I can’t recommend this property enough and hope to return one day! Hannah M

Dec 12, 2025 Thank you so much! It was an amazing location and house! They had everything we needed and it was very spacious! The pool was great! After a day out we always came back to the pool and hung around. It is a very nice and quiet location and there is a little strip of shops that had entertainment and food. The beds were comfortable! Jan 03, 2026 We loved the house! We loved the house! It was clean and updated. It was perfect for our group of ten. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved that you had 10 chairs and beach towels. The umbrellas and coolers were also super helpful. The two washers and dryers were so nice!!! A couple suggestions. The blinds in the smaller king room need to go all the way down to the floor. People could see in if they were sitting on the patio. it’d be nice to have a few games on site including pool games. Guest
