Great location and room for family

Such a great place to stay! The location is perfect for beach views and the condo is perfect for a family of 4 with younger kids who can sleep together. We loved the kitchen, living space and patio (view is the best). The main bathroom is nice and has the best shower. There was lots of outside accessories including beach towels, sand toys, snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis, and three different sized coolers. The condo had plenty of towels, bedding and fans (no AC and it does get humid when you lock up on the house when leaving). Suggestion for improvement would be to have some space In the closets for clothes like dresses (had plenty of hangers), but so much stuff in closests I felt like my dresses could get dirty. There weren’t good hangers for drying beach towels (need higher and spaced out more). I did find that the master shower wasn’t clean (shower door bottom) and shower head not as nice as the main. Not a big deal, we used the main for showering. Lastly, the dressers are hard to open and not all drawers available because used for storage. The condo has a pool, tennis and volleyball, grills and parking. There is a tide pool beach area that is really cool. We loved the patio the most- the view is priceless and we got to see a whale showing off. The kitchen has lots of accessories for entertaining too. Overall a great place to stay and would come back!

A beautifully decorated condo in an excellent location. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the lanai and living room furniture as well. Walkable to snorkel beach, and a short drive to town for dinner. We hope to stay there again.

It was perfect for our honeymoon in Hawaii. The view is beyond amazing. There was a lot of great amenities and it was close to many things in town. The beds were comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful with so many amenities including beach toys, towels, coffee, etc. The host was very communicative, providing detailed and specific information that assisted us in navigating our stay easily. The rental came equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen and for the beach. It was clean, quiet, and more than we imagined from the description. May 03, 2024 Our family of four (4 and 5 year old kiddos) had a wonderful stay in this well appointed ground floor condo. With small kids it has been a priority for us to have a ground floor unit and this corner condo is one of the best we've stayed in! The wrap around lanai with comfy outdoor furniture and bistro lights was where we lived all week. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. While there is no air conditioning, we loved just having the sliders open and feeling the nice tropicl breeze. We didn't need air conditioning at all and in fact, preferred not having it in this unit. The back bedroom closet had everything you need to make beach outing fantastic - Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, pool toys, beach mats and snorkel gear. These items make huge difference to have on-hand for Hawaii beach days, especially with kids. The pool was great for our new swimmers and it was the perfect temperature. We will definitely be back! May 03, 2024 Sweeping ocean views throughout this ground floor unit. Great ocean breezes and crosswinds. Beautiful, spacious condo with lovely tropical manicured grounds. The complex was welcoming and the condo was very well appointed with beach gear, kitchen items, and there was a nice pool for the kids with a ping pong table and tennis courts. The most significant feature of the condo was it's oceanfront location with the extraordinary beauty of the direct ocean views from almost every room. We would be happy to return. Lila Burke

Mar 28, 2024 The condo is was just as described. Access to the condo was easy. The view was phenomenal, it was the place to be for sunset. The patio furniture was comfortable and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. Beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, beach toys, snorkel gear and a cooler were nice touch. The location is near a nice snorkel beach. The crashing waves right in front of the lanai were very fun to watch. The kitchen was great to work in and the view while cooking was great! We had a wonderful time just relaxing on the lanai. Jan 12, 2024 Our family absolutely loved the condo. Very clean and functional. The view is spectacular and made our stay. The outdoor area is very comfortable and peaceful, we spent as much time as possible outdoors enjoying the ocean view and beautiful sunsets! Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend, and will plan on staying again. There are just a few cons - The main kitchen light/fan is funky and would turn on in the middle of the night regardless of us turning off the timer? It’s an open floor plan so we would wake up each time. A/C would be great, but the ceiling fans are helpful tho they are a little noisy. The supplies provided were the bare minimum. Only a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 garbage sacks. We were staying for 8 nights so we had to buy several supplies. There is a swifter mop but the pads were out. We were asked to do laundry and dishwasher which we felt should have been included in the fees. 5 stars 😀 Randa Schimerowski

May 16, 2024 The stay here was so wonderful. The host and the team were responsive and helpful. We loved the view and the condo and everything was just beautiful and well thought out. Just as a positive example, our allotted parking stall was taken a by a random car at one point, but the after hours service was a godsend and helped us without issues as well as the onsite manager so our rental car was safe. Everyone was responsive and friendly and quick to help always. The unit was stocked well with most things you would need and even without AC, we had no issue with the heat because of the fans provided and the way the condo is laid out. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this listing and Gather as a host!! Roshani Patel

Loved the lanai and outdoor seating. If you are staying for a week be prepared to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, tide pods. Nice to have the fans but AC would have been nice. Anna Dabney

Jun 30, 2024 People come to where this backyard is to watch the magical sunsets of Kona. This is the best location to watch sunsets from. Everyday during our stay we enjoyed that. The house itself was comfortable, well stocked, and super easy to check in and out from. There is a very nice pool in the complex with a large 1-foot deep area that’s perfect for Keiki (children). Our 3-year-old broke his fear of water there. It was a wonderful experience! Ali Assareh

The view is amazing, and the sounds of waves crashing against the rocks was very peaceful. The inside was so comfortable and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. Also a little annoying to be paying a large cleaning fee but expected to take out all the garbage, do a load of laundry, load of dishes all before checking-however I would totally stay here again. May 03, 2024 This is an amazing place! It’s well appointed and has an amazing lanai where you can eat and/or watch the sunset over the ocean. Many great amenities and plenty of kitchen items for most typical meals. The bed was comfortable and the layout of the condo convenient. It can get warm if you don’t keep the windows/doors open. They have plenty of fans which helped. Within walking distance to restaurants (up hill about 10min) and snorkeling (another 10 min but flat). Recommend staying here! Jon Lintz

The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and tableware, and the location was close enough to everything you need while being far enough away to be quiet. We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Thanh D

Sep 29, 2025 I will look to stay here again. This stay was everything we needed on this trip. There was enough space for 4 adults to comfortably have their own space if they wanted it. The place itself was very nice and clean. The beach stuff was helpful to have. It was very peaceful and quiet. Last but not least, the sunset view was immaculate. I would recommend this place to anyone and when I come back, I will look to stay here again. Corey C

The place itself was very nice and clean. The beach stuff was helpful to have. It was very peaceful and quiet. Last but not least, the sunset view was immaculate. Mar 13, 2026 This beautiful, lushly planted oceanfront location with its huge lawn greenspace was a dream come true with its wide open view of the pulsing sea, morphing cloudscapes and the glorious gold, red and rose shades of the nightly sunsets. We dined on the covered L shaped lanai morning and night, watching the longboats gliding over the waves and the native birds flying along the shore. The spacious interior of the condo was tastefully updated with a warm, upscale touch and an easy flow floorplan. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. We loved our stay and will return! Jan McCann
