Great location for our five day stay on the north shore. Less than a half mile walk to the Turtle Bay Hilton (great location to enjoy the sunrise and sunset). We didn't spend much time at the condo during the day as there is so much to do and see in this area. There is a window AC in the bedroom and one in the main living area. It takes a few minutes to cool down the place, but we were there in August so probably not much of an issue the rest of the year. This is a first-floor unit, so you're going to hear the people above you. There were 4 adults and 3 kids in the unit above us during our stay and it was fairly noisy until they went to bed around 8 pm. The unit seemed well stocked if you're going to cook. There is a fold down couch, but our daughter thought the blow-up mattress was more comfortable. This is a great area if you don't want to be on the water. We stayed on the water on the two other islands we visited but paid almost double to be there.

Feb 27, 2023 You can walk to dinner or lunch at the resort, and you can use the public lagoon in front of Roy's restaurant. There are pools (non-hotel) at the condo, and one is right in front of this unit. There was a night cross-breeze with the front screen door and back screen door, but there are 2 a/c units if you need them. The kitchen has what you need and they even had tea and coffee products available. You are about 20 minutes drive from Haleiwa, and 10 minutes in the other direction to a large/fun food truck area. May 03, 2024 I liked this place. The inside was modern and well-decorated. It had the essentials for a beach vacation: beach gear, cooking utensils and dishes/silverware. The lanai connects to the golf course and we loved how much space this provided, it really felt like a back yard. This place was also close to everything. Jan 15, 2024 We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and very clean and modern. It was very nice to have the back patio for eating breakfast and this space felt very private. The pool is right out front and was perfectly warm - even when we had a couple cooler days we were still comfortable swimming in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dishwasher was a bonus. The condo is about 8 minutes to foodland which had everything we needed. The turtle bay beach was about a 12 minute walk. Recommend driving down the street a little bit and going to Kawela bay- a lot less people here and there is plenty of shade and the cove is perfect for swimming. This condo was the perfect location as it’s only about 20 minutes from Haleiwa for shopping and restaurants but also very close to several nice beaches on the north and north east side of the island. Great food trucks within 6 minutes of the condo. We would happily book this condo again in the future! Grace Chabal

Mar 15, 2024 The place was nice, but as others mentioned its not very quiet. The people upsairs were so loud and had kids bouncing around at all hours. Also, the furniture could not have been less comfortable. Its definitely not a place where you can sit and relax. It looks pretty, but we both ended up standing at times because that was more comfortable. The complex closed the pool early without notice, but otherwise it was very nice. The proximity to PCC, Haleiwa and Turtle Bay made it extremely well located. The little farm stand just down the road was awesome as well! Melanie Hahn

Feb 20, 2024 We loved our stay, a perfect location to explore the north coast. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The addition of some beach chairs, towels and bag were welcome although we had brought our own snorkelling gear so didn’t need to use what was supplied. The washer and dryer worked well. We did find the air conditioner in the main room noisy, and the dishwasher too but that was easy to set to wash as we walked out the door. Responsive hosting by Gather; they were great to deal with and we didn’t need to contact them whilst we there as we didn’t have any problems. Jane Roberts
Feb 18, 2024 전반적으로 편안하게 지냈고, 주방도구가 갖춰져 있었는데 토스터기계의 경우 사용감이 너무 많아 교체가 필요했다, 침구류는 비교적 깨끗했고, 에어콘시설도 완벽했다, 가족이 조용히 지내다 오기에는 최적의 장소였다, . 층간소음이 좀 있었지만 오래된 건물특성상 어쩔수 없다고 생각한다. 체크인과정에서 현관 오픈키번호를 알려주지 않아서 문밖에서 체크인시간 동안 기다렸던 문제가 있었으나 그것빼고는 즐거운 시간을 보내기에 충분한 숙소였다. 공용수영장은 어린이용 사이즈이고, 테니스공간은 출입은 원활하였으나 라켓,공, 비품이 없어서 이용할수 없다, 비치용품은 사용감이 있고 세척이 되어있지않아 사용하지 않았다, 섬세한 비품관리가 필요해보였지만, 필요한 비품은 게스트가 챙겨와야 하는것이 어쩌면 당연하다고 생각되어 나쁘지 않다고 생각한다.. 숙소의 관리자가 여러곳을 관리하는듯하여 답변은 메일로 주고받아야 하는데 입실 현관출입 비밀번호는 체크인당일에 알려주니 좀 불편했다, 체크아웃할때 청소가 필요없을정도록 깨끗하게 유지하고 나왔다, 욕실바닥에 배수시설이 없기때문에 샤워할때 조심스럽게 해야했고, . 오래된 건물이라 문경첩들이 녹이 많이 슬어있어 조심 조심 다뤄야했던 기억이 있다. 관리상태는 너무 좋았고, 대부분의 하와이 건물들이 오래되서 현대화되어있지 않지만 , 그중에서도 관리상태는 높은 점수를 주고 싶은 숙소이다, 아침는 햇볕이 길게 들어오고 오후에는 그늘이 생기는 베란다가 맘에 들었다. 3명 가족이 지내기엔 충분했으나 침댑배드에 침구류가 부족했던것은 보완이 필요하다. 특별히 주차는 불편함이 없었고, . 전망좋고 아름다운 평화로운 휴식을 갖어다주는 예쁜 숙소경험을 하게 되어 기쁘다 . 영은 김

The team at Gather went above and beyond to return some clothes we left behind and throughout our entire stay were exceptional when it came to speedy communication (mostly only a 1 minute wait for responses!) The beach is a short walk, but there’s public parking right by turtle bay next to the ritz with public access— stunning and great snorkeling for the kids. I run a business cleaning Airbnb‘s in my hometown so for me to find a place up to my cleanliness standard is rare. This home was in such great condition and so well-maintained. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. There was an assortment of dishes for us to use as I did cook at home quite a bit. Extra linens that were perfectly clean and spotless for the pullout couch. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for and even more. Mar 13, 2026 This unit has the warm charm of a home that is clearly loved and carefully maintained. We have stayed in several other units at Turtle Bay, but none have been remodeled as beautifully as this one. Everything was spotless, well-kept, and in perfect working order. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed and furnishings were comfortable and felt new. During the day and evening hours, the unit truly felt like a peaceful dream retreat.Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the unit above. There was a man who seemed to be awake through most of the night. I was repeatedly awakened by him sliding something heavy across the floor at 1 am, 3 am, and other late hours, along with loud phone conversations. On the first night, I assumed he was preparing for an early flight, but after several nights, it became clear this was a nightly pattern. It appeared he might be a long-term tenant rather than a short-term guest.While occasional sounds are expected in shared spaces, the constant late-night noise was unreasonable. His footsteps were heavy and carried clearly enough to make restful sleep very difficult.The contrast between the peaceful, well-cared-for condo and the persistent noise above was disappointing. May 05, 2026 We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore on the north shore. The host gave clear instructions which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Kristina Pulido
