Beautiful home and fabulous vaction
This home was perfect for 3 couples. It is situated right on the beach with a beautiful lanai. We loved sitting outside for coffee in the mornings, snorkeling off the beach and enjoyed the space for cocktails, dinner and dessert. The home is beautifully decorated with lovely Hawaiian art and all three suites are fabulous. Two of the suites have direct access to the lanai. The outdoor shower is perfect for rising off after a trip to the beach. Overall the home is very well equipped. We had a small issue with a breaker tripping and it was addressed quickly and professionally. We would not hesitate to stay here again. They are building a second smaller guesthouse on the property - not sure how that will work when it is completed so would be worth asking about. This beautiful home and its amenities really enhanced our island vacation.

Puako Beach Getaway
We (4 adults) enjoyed a delightful week at this home. The house itself is comfortable, stylish, and exceptionally well appointed. Typically, there is something missing or some frustration with a rental property, but not this time - everything was considered. The location really can't be beat, with beautiful Pauko Bay right out the back door for swimming, snorkeling, and lounging by the beach. We're already thinking of when we might return!

With accent fixtures of detailed stonework, woodwork and traditional artwork spread throughout the home and outstanding views across the tropical landscape towards Maui, the Kohala Mountains, and Mauna Kea, this 3,000+ sq ft. property is the perfect setting to rest, relax and rejuvenate on your next Hawaiian vacation to the Big Island.
Step into the open-concept main room of the home that comprises the living, dining and kitchen areas. The spacious gourmet kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a wine fridge, and a large marble countertop with bar seating for 4, making it the ideal socializing spot while cooking up some culinary delights to enjoy. The cozy living area is furnished with a plush couch, armchairs, and a large mounted flatscreen smart TV for prime nights of indoor entertainment while overlooking the beach views beyond. There is a small breakfast table inside that is fit for 4, or step out of the full-walled sliding doors to the grand covered lanai equipped with a large dining table fit for 10, as well as a grand barbecue grill station and several other seating & lounge options that overlook the private backyard, a perfect locale for evening festivities amidst the dazzling colors of the Hawaiian sunset or the mystical starlit night sky.
There are 2 spacious primary bedrooms that both include a king bed, private lanai, and immaculate ocean views, as well as a private ensuite. Ensuite #1 comes with a large double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub, while ensuite #2 has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #3 is the garden suite that includes a queen bed and a twin trundle with garden views and a private ensuite. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for optimal temperature control, and also allows for ample airflow of the fresh trade winds so sweep through the space.
