Had a cozy stay for 4 days. Beautiful view, especially during sunset time. AC is pretty good since it will get pretty hot in the afternoon and AC really does its jobs.

we have stayed in several condos in this neighborhood. this one is definitely the best. all aspects top of the line. no expense spared. we have always been proud how we have equipped our rental units, but this one was better than our own.I would recommend the Keahou area over closer to downtown. Better access to the belt road,even though Alii drive is close. Nice shopping center within a mile and you can walk to the harbor or Outrigger hotel for something to do. Can't stress enough how quiet it is. For the amount of people in the area you rarely even hear a car or anyone talking.

The view from the upper lanai is gorgeous. Good size living area. Very useable kitchen with top quality cabinets. Very comfortable bedroom downstairs with its own lanai. The bathroom sink was fine for me but would be impossible for a child to use - it’s up above the countertop.

Apr 27, 2023 We spent two restful weeks at the Keauhou Resort 116. The condo has a beautiful view toward the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. A great location for exploring the Kailua and south Kona area. The condo is comfortable, clean, bright and quiet, It's not what we would call luxurious, fairly simple in its furnishings and decorations. Grocery store is located conveniently close. Nice kitchen with modern appliances. Two levels, both with air conditioning, although we were fine with only the ceiling fans and the ocean breezes. We had some questions arise, and management was quick to respond, although we found the TV system difficult to understand without any documentation available (we did figure out enough to enjoy watching the Merrie Monarch hula competitions). Overall, a nice place to stay in Keauhou. Nan
May 03, 2024 I didn't make a wrong decision to choose this place instead of beachfront ones. So quiet and peaceful here. Enjoyed having breakfast and sunset on the lanai with beautiful ocean view with birds singing, the windchime is so soothing. Inside is super spacious with big bedroom. May 03, 2024 Killer patio space w/ comfy furniture. Airy open layout great for that island cross breeze feel. AC upstairs and down easily kept it cool at night and I’m warm bodied. Best part was windows in the shower with views of tropical plants and ocean…very spa like! Pool area easy to get to and nice when you’re there but there’s so much to do in the area 20min in either direction that we only used it once. Ryan Ramsey

Oct 01, 2024 We enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything one might need for a comfortable home away from home type stay. The host thoughtfully provided bath and kitchen paper, dish and laundry soap. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has two coolers which we used every day. The ice maker made enough ice daily for said coolers. The unit has upstairs and downstairs AC units which keep the whole unit cool! The lanai has a great view of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular! The pool is a short walk from the unit as is the garbage bin. It should be noted the outside garbage bins may disappear for a while on Fridays when they are collected by the rubbish company. The TV and sound bar in the main living area is a bit tricky to navigate for those that are less tech savvy, but you're not visiting Hawaii to watch TV, so I'll let that slide. Lastly, the location is a short walk from Keauhou Bay which is excellent for kayaking, OK for swimming and where the popular Manta Ray experience is located! Carlos Schulte

Oct 23, 2024 Looks like the photos. Beautiful view from the patio. The kitchen was well stocked… however it was not well cleaned upon arrival. Surface level cleaned the floors weren’t mopped and the crumbs were clearly swept under the sofa. Also as I got into bed I laid on something hard. When I pulled it out of the bed it was a tile beverage coaster. This is the epitome of what you get when you book with a company and not a single owner. It was kind of difficult to find at night as the directions don’t lead you straight to the condo but it’s not much further down from the listed address. The condo was incredibly clean with extra linens which was nice. Overall incredible stay! Shivani Dhir
Oct 23, 2023 Enjoyed the Airbnb and condo layout. Balcony had great views for breakfast. Place was clean, but similar to another review, definitely encountered a few giant bugs (3 inches) in the kitchen and bedroom and some geckos that startled me on the kitchen counter and walls. Also for the daily rate and $270 cleaning fee, wish they provided more laundry detergent pods than just enough for one a day, especially when the washer is a small one and doesn’t take a full load of laundry. Same for just one dishwasher pod a day when the dishwasher is a tiny one. The two other airbnbs I stayed at in Hawaii this trip, provided the whole container for both, which just felt more like home. Oct 02, 2023 Had a great stay. Wish the owners would have provided beach chairs/umbrella for guests. Did spray for bugs but unfortunately roaches are somewhat common in Hawaii and although they sprayed a few made their way in although they were usually stunned or dead. Still a surprise to us though! Dec 13, 2024 My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week and it was one of our favorite Airbnbs ever! The highlight for us was the lanai with the outstanding ocean views. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy sunset each and every night and the variety of patio furniture made it very comfortable. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen was a highlight as we cooked and ate nearly every breakfast and dinner at the condo. The A/C worked wonderfully, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer, with laundry pods included. The location was fantastic too, with great snorkeling spots and hikes only a few minutes of driving away. We can't praise the condo enough and hope to be able to come back soon! Heather Fritzinger

Jun 04, 2025 Great condo! The location is perfect. Just outside the touristy part of town, but still close to everything. Beautiful lanai with a view of the ocean. Comfortable bed with a/c, and good separation between the upstairs and downstairs. The condo is well stocked, but note there is no basic cooking condiments (salt, pepper, oil).
