The perfect location just steps from the beach. The set up of the house is comfortable,easy, and spacious. The decor blends seamlessly with the colors of the sand,sea and sky. Pleasing to all the senses. Communication was easy and fast with the host. Thanks for a great stay

Thanks for having us. Beautiful spot for families and if you’re a surfer this would be an ideal location for sunset. Pipe just a bit down the road and a few reefs inbetween that probably light up. Only complaint is the air conditioner broke towards the end of the trip. It’s tropical though and wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was great. I don’t or how you beat beach front property where you feel like you’re literally in the water from the balcony. Much cheaper than doing a turtle bay type thing and why stay at a resort when you can pay less and have a local experience.

Welcome to Surfer’s Paradise by Gather, a newly remodeled, legal nightly beachfront rental on the North Shore of Oahu. With its clean, spacious, and uncluttered space, Surfer’s Paradise is the perfect place to enjoy every second of your vacation.

Please note that the house is raised approximately 4 feet, and stairs are required to access the main (first) floor.

As you enter Surfer’s Paradise, you’ll immediately notice the open concept of the house that allows for ample sunlight and salty air to flow through. This vacation rental boasts three bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, making it perfect for a family trip. There are also two bathrooms, including an ensuite, an upstairs living room, a galley kitchen, a dining area next to an outdoor balcony, and a smaller living room downstairs.

One of the best features of Surfer’s Paradise is the private yard that offers a gorgeous view of the beach. The open space in the yard is a lovely place to bask and enjoy the warmth of the sun or watch the beautiful sunset while relaxing on cozy chairs. The private deck is also a nice spot to have breakfast or set up a romantic dinner under the moonlight. We understand the importance of cleanliness, especially after a long day at the beach. That’s why we have an outdoor shower where you can wash off all the sand from the beach after having a memorable family trip.

Surfer’s Paradise offers a spectacular view of the ocean waves and a relaxing ocean breeze to help you sleep at night. The scenic ocean view, together with the clean aesthetic design, will help put you in a relaxing mood and soothe your mind.

One of the best things about Surfer’s Paradise is its location on the North Shore of Oahu, centrally located along the Seven-Mile Miracle, which is a stretch of sandy beaches abundant with famous surf spots from the renowned Banzai Pipeline to Sunset Beach, to name a few.

Please note that Surfer’s Paradise also has exterior cameras to ensure that you are secure 24/7 while in the vacation rental. Our automatic gate provides more convenience and peace of mind as it closes itself once you are within the property. Our rental comes equipped with entertainment amenities like cable TV, Wi-Fi, and smart TV, and kitchen amenities like stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator), coffee maker, and toaster. We also provide other amenities like an in-house washer/dryer, hair dryer, shampoo/body wash, beach towels, and beach chairs.

This unit is equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. The thermostat is conveniently located upstairs in the living area, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature to your preference. The large windows and open airspace of the house ensure that you take in as much salty air as possible, making it a perfect getaway for those who want to disconnect and relax.

May 03, 2024 This Airbnb was exactly what my family and I were expecting to be! It was a beautiful beach home with breathtaking views of the north shore. Even with neighbors surrounding us, we still felt remote and always very peaceful listening to the waves crash just below the property. We hope to come back soon! Brooke Zachry

May 03, 2024 A lot has changed since we last stayed in the property some 14 years ago. The house has been completely remodeled and updated making for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal with easy access to Waimea Bay, Foodland, and the food trucks past Turtle Bay. Check-in was seamless and the manager responsive and communicative. Highly recommended. The main area was upstairs so it was like being on a cruise ship looking out on the ocean. We loved everything about it. Clean, easy to get to the beach, and explore. Worth every minute! Justin Loeb

The waterfront was a bit too rough for my 2 young children, but there was this phenomenal spot 2mins down the road called Sharks Cove that was extremely kid friendly. May 06, 2024 This home and view of the ocean are exquisite. We will gladly stay here again. The two decks are wonderful. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. Hard and soft pillows can be rotated. Watching the surfers was wonderful. The beach has only a few visitors. A maintenance service call was handled quickly. Two negatives: (1) The "stairs" to the beach were some large rocks that could not be climbed by the 70+ yo in our group (me included). I guess it is a "Surfers paradise" ... so maybe it was meant for younger tenents. The 30 somethings in our group were able to get to the beach. A few hundred dollars for a good set of stairs with a railing from the lower balcony would be a great improvement. (2) Apparently, I missed the text in the listing that indicated I would be communicating directly with the property manager on their platform. This violates the Airbnb rule to communicate only via Airbnb and makes me uncomfortable. But, Airnb Support told me it was ok to violate their rule. William Allmon

Oct 22, 2023 The location and view at this property is really incredible. The sound of the crashing waves was therapeutic, the outside world just melted away. It was one of the few vacations where we completely forgot about home and felt like we could stay indefinitely. The home is well furnished and comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. On the constructive side, the kitchen could be better appointed with cooking and housewares. Simple things like spices, oil, food storage, enough utensils, dishes, dish towels and other basics were simply lacking. This property suffers from the issues that arise from same day turnover. The cleaners simply aren't given enough time to do their job well and pay attention to detail, despite their best effort. For an $845 cleaning fee and the price of the property, we expected better. The hosts were friendly and responsive and offered to bring the cleaners back, but we had already cleaned. Despite these issues, we would stay again. Lyky Lim Tilton

May 03, 2024 Overall a great place in a beautiful spot. Nice beach out front and never crowded while we were there. We loved the location - it's pretty centrally located so that it didn't take too long to get to anything on the North Shore from the Polynesian Center to Haleiwa. The surrounding neighborhood was mostly quiet (some other AirBnB's got rowdy at night, but never out of hand). Would recommend this spot if you want beach front on the North Shore. Just one thing to know - this unit does not have A/C. Keir Kosco
