This Airbnb was exactly what my family and I were expecting to be! It was a beautiful beach home with breathtaking views of the north shore. Even with neighbors surrounding us, we still felt remote and always very peaceful listening to the waves crash just below the property. We hope to come back soon!

May 03, 2024 A lot has changed since we last stayed in the property some 14 years ago. The house has been completely remodeled and updated making for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal with easy access to Waimea Bay, Foodland, and the food trucks past Turtle Bay. Check-in was seamless and the manager responsive and communicative. Highly recommended. Great location, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, plenty of room in the common spaces and bedrooms and the lanai doors…… bringing the outdoors in were an absolute gem!!! The main area was upstairs so it was like being on a cruise ship looking out on the ocean. We loved everything about it. Clean, easy to get to the beach, and explore. Worth every minute! Justin Loeb

Sep 21, 2024 Thanks for having us. Beautiful spot for families and if you’re a surfer this would be an ideal location for sunset. Pipe just a bit down the road and a few reefs inbetween that probably light up. Only complaint is the air conditioner broke towards the end of the trip. It’s tropical though and wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was great. I don’t or how you beat beach front property where you feel like you’re literally in the water from the balcony. Much cheaper than doing a turtle bay type thing and why stay at a resort when you can pay less and have a local experience. Ryan Bethem

The waterfront was a bit too rough for my 2 young children, but there was this phenomenal spot 2mins down the road called Sharks Cove that was extremely kid friendly. May 06, 2024 This home and view of the ocean are exquisite. We will gladly stay here again. The two decks are wonderful. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. Hard and soft pillows can be rotated. Watching the surfers was wonderful. The beach has only a few visitors. A maintenance service call was handled quickly. Two negatives: (1) The "stairs" to the beach were some large rocks that could not be climbed by the 70+ yo in our group (me included). I guess it is a "Surfers paradise" ... so maybe it was meant for younger tenents. The 30 somethings in our group were able to get to the beach. A few hundred dollars for a good set of stairs with a railing from the lower balcony would be a great improvement. (2) Apparently, I missed the text in the listing that indicated I would be communicating directly with the property manager on their platform. This violates the Airbnb rule to communicate only via Airbnb and makes me uncomfortable. But, Airnb Support told me it was ok to violate their rule. William Allmon

Oct 22, 2023 The location and view at this property is really incredible. The sound of the crashing waves was therapeutic, the outside world just melted away. It was one of the few vacations where we completely forgot about home and felt like we could stay indefinitely. The home is well furnished and comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. On the constructive side, the kitchen could be better appointed with cooking and housewares. Simple things like spices, oil, food storage, enough utensils, dishes, dish towels and other basics were simply lacking. This property suffers from the issues that arise from same day turnover. The cleaners simply aren't given enough time to do their job well and pay attention to detail, despite their best effort. For an $845 cleaning fee and the price of the property, we expected better. The hosts were friendly and responsive and offered to bring the cleaners back, but we had already cleaned. Despite these issues, we would stay again. Lyky Lim Tilton

May 03, 2024 Overall a great place in a beautiful spot. Nice beach out front and never crowded while we were there. We loved the location - it's pretty centrally located so that it didn't take too long to get to anything on the North Shore from the Polynesian Center to Haleiwa. The surrounding neighborhood was mostly quiet (some other AirBnB's got rowdy at night, but never out of hand). Would recommend this spot if you want beach front on the North Shore. Just one thing to know - this unit does not have A/C. Keir Kosco
