Absolutely perfect location. Walk to restaurants, shopping and groceries enjoyed the sound of the ocean from our balcony and watching sunrise and sunset. Property was very comfortable and meeting with the host was excellent. Extremely nice to have our own parking slot in the garage. Never had to worry about where to find a spot. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a La Jolla weekend visit. It's an ideal oceanfront location, across the street from grassy cliffs overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to sit in the sun on the grass. It's a short walk into the heart of La Jolla village for restaurants and shopping. Having a parking garage under the condo was great as the street is popular for locals and tourists during the day. The unit was decorated as pictured and the furniture is new with a nice sofa and dining table. The condo building is a bit older and the common spaces are not updated. Overall, it was a good value for what we paid and Jennifer at Gather was a great host. We'd come back again.

Upon entering the front door, you'll be greeted by a modern and elegant open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The updated kitchen features European design and all new appliances, including a washer/dryer tucked away near the breakfast nook. The plush sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking West Coast sunsets that will grace the coastline nightly. The dining table seats four guests comfortably, and is situated right next to the patio, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the panoramic ocean views.

Down the hall, you'll find the guest bathroom, which features a step-in shower/tub with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom to the left is fitted with a cozy queen-size bed, while the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

One assigned parking space in the garage below ensures that your vehicle will be safe and sound during your stay.

This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced.

Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company, self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Please note that while this property does not have central air conditioning, each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a portable AC unit, and fans are provided for your comfort.

Apr 12, 2024 A Dreamy Stay My sister and I spent a wonderful 4 days at this condo. The ocean view is terrific. The location is walking distance to Museum of Contemporary Art, shops and restaurants. It is close to groceries and other needs. The condo is light and airy with tasteful coastal decor. Kitchen well equipped. Great balcony from which to watch sunsets. Garage parking for one car. Aug 25, 2024 We are from Arizona and wanted to spend a few days by the ocean. I enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings and walking by the waves every morning. We also really enjoyed watching the seals play in the waves. Great location most everything was within walking distance accept the grocery store. so get what you need, than park the car and enjoy! Very reasonable (~8-10 mins) walk to sea lions, beaches, plenty of great restaurants but if you need it there is a parking space. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions. Jun 26, 2024 This is hard because the house and view was great. The problem I had was I was staying to recovery from surgery so I was there the whole time. The problem is they informed me the day I checked in that there would be construction above us the whole time we would be there. They said they would accommodate me for that but I haven’t heard anything. There was a lot of pounding from around 10am to 1 or so. There wasn’t any construction on the weekend. The other problem I had was your washer and dryer doesn’t work very well. It doesn’t dry. It’s takes 3 to 4 hours to dry 2 things. I never could wash any towels or more than a few light items at a time. That was more disappointing then anything. I rent a place if it has a washer and dryer in the place. I don’t want to go to the garage to do my laundry. The toaster didn’t work either. The view was amazing! Loved the location. Debbie Henson
Jun 12, 2024 This condo is great. The decor is updated and is like it shows in the pictures. The location is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The view is amazing! It was so nice to sit out on the deck to watch the sunset. We experienced a couple issues during our stay including the check-in process, but the host was quick to address our issues to a satisfactory conclusion. Oct 06, 2023 Satisfied with this Airbnb overall! I chose this property bc of the ocean views and it did not disappoint and bc it’s dog friendly. The location is great- about 10 minutes walking to local restaurants and shops. Parking: we had a large SUV and we had to park out on the side streets everyday bc the parking spaces in the garage are very compact and tight (fortunately there was always parking close by). The property was neat but maybe using better quality cleaning products could go a long way. Although the property was fairly remodeled, the only thing I noted that was not remodeled was the actual showers (the tiles, shower heads and valve looked very outdated). Overall, my stay and experience was good- I’d definitely stay here again! Alondra Miranda

Nov 20, 2024 The location is amazing! Not only is the view spectacular but the place is walking distant to coffee and restaurants. The place was very clean and I loved that they gave extra towels. I also loved that they left snacks for us when we arrived. This is definitely an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it. Niki Rivera
