I cannot say enough good things about the management of this beautiful home. I stayed for two weeks with my daughter and her partner, who were working internships in San Diego. We had a lovely place to be together in the evenings when they were home, and my days were wonderful because I felt right at home and I took long walks on the beach and around the area. This home has everything you could possibly want! The company even called me before the hurricane to make sure I had everything I needed. They were extremely responsive (reprogrammed the garage door opener right away) and proactive (there was no hot water in the master shower but they told me they had to order a part and I didn't mind using the neighboring room's shower). I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in San Diego.

We had a great time at the house. Everything was in great condition. It was near many amenities and great location next to beach. It was a quiet neighborhood. Great place to kick back and relax!

Great place to stay!
It was perfect for me and my family, we visit a lot of places and end everyday at the beach, which was walkable distance from the house. Jenn from Gather Vacations was always proactive and available for any question or request that we had. We expect to come back soon!

This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise, and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced. No outside noise after 10 pm, otherwise the police will be called and the violation will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000.00 fine.
Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company, self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
