Loved this place! Friendly, quiet block that’s a quick drive or walk to all that you need & want to do on O’ahu. The amount of living space is incredible & it’s well-equipped with just about everything you might need for an extended stay. The only thing to be aware of in the hotter months is that the a/c is only in the bedrooms so the living spaces aren’t a/c level cool in the daytime. But it’s fine with the fans if you like the warmth & it’s probably not an issue during the rest of the year. Plus the pool is always right there, perfect to cool off! (There is a deep end so keep an eye on kids who aren’t strong swimmers yet.) And best of all, the management team is super responsive & resolved any little issues quickly. Loved that regular cleanings were included & scheduled so it was one less thing to do. Highly recommend, felt like home!

We enjoyed the house overall. Agree with previous guests' comments. House is spacious, well equipped, well maintained. Pool and convenient location/neighborhood are the highlights of the house. Beds are very comfy. But I would take the following into consideration when booking this place for a long stay: AC units in the two bedrooms are nice and quiet but as another guest noted, the rest of the house gets hot. This is where price/value is a personal decision. It gets very uncomfortable in the afternoons even with the fans on, and the extra back room got too hot by noon to use as my remote workspace. While property management are very nice, they are not the most responsive compared with our other stays, and it took extra calls to get a few minor issues addressed. Finally, we had to live out of our luggage b/c there were no dressers or shelves and thus we never felt fully settled in for a long-term stay. That said, we ultimately netted a positive experience and had a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay!
The house is in a great location, a quick drive to our favorite spots in Honolulu and an easy walk to Whole Foods and other restaurants/shops. It does get quite hot and stuffy inside, but all of the fans and the split A/C in the bedrooms work great. Loved having the pool, spent a lot of afternoons floating around!

We loved this house! It was super clean. Well appointed, everything I needed to cook, do laundry, BbQ. Towels, Beach towels. First Aid kit.Yoga mats. Pool toysThe property manager was immediate responsive to questions and anything we need. The highlight is the beautiful blue tiled pool. It gets full sun all morning and starts getting shady mid-afternoon, by 3 pm it is like a heated pool. I have family on the island, my 3 teen-age nieces stayed with me for a week and were in and out all month. My family loved visiting and enjoying the pool. The back of the house can be separated off for privacy, so the girls enjoyed the space for movies in the evening. It was hot when we were here, the room a/cs cooled the house quickly and rooms can be closed off for cooling only what you need. The location can not be beat. It is easy to Uber to the Kahala resort and use the beach there. There are a couple of easy to find accesses to “secret beaches” depending on the tides. Walking distance to the Kahala Mall, two grocery stores and a Ross. Tons of shops and restaurants.15 minutes from WaikikiThe house has a long driveway that can accommodate 4-5 cars. This is an older Hawaiian house that had been added on to at least once. Word to this wise it is not suited for anyone with mobility problems, there are different levels between rooms. There is no handrail on the pool stairs. The sliding door to the patio is old and difficult to operate. This was way above our budget but I would do it again
