Never wanted to leave!

What a great villa! It has everything you need with top of the line kitchen appliances and loved being able to open the big sliding glass doors and enjoying the patio. The villa was clean and in great condition. It was really nice having our own parking spot as well and did not have to pay for parking which is an issue in Ko Olina. Only downside is there is no restaurant or food available at this location so it requires you to have to leave the property if you do not want to cook every night. One other recommendation would be to keep the bar open later past 8:30pm. That is just too early to close a bar and requires guests to leave the property to go to other hotels for an evening drink. Overall, we had an absolutely great time and would definitely come back in the future.

Fabulous Vacation

This beautiful Beach Villa property was located on the ground floor. We were able to walk right out our lanai onto a beautiful lawn area. We had an amazing time at the Beach Villas. Thank you Ola Properties.

We stayed here comfortably with 4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 4 months). This place is a ground floor condo just around the corner from the beach. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. The building is walking distance to Monkeypod and the Disney resort. The pool area was fantastic. The beach area is well kept and not busy. Would definitely stay again!

Dec 17, 2023 Great location in beautiful Ko Olina! We had an excellent vacation at this beach villa. The location was perfect. The property was as advertised. A few additional items would be helpful to have in the kitchen, as we enjoyed cooking most of our meals there (vegetable peeler, baking sheets, aluminum foil or grill pans, Tupperware for leftovers and beach snacks). A few Beach toys (pails and shovels) would also be a great addition for families with younger children. Overall we would highly recommend this property and unit. Afton B
Dec 08, 2023 Fantastic Stay in Ko Olina! We had a large family group with 2 units in the beach tower and both were amazing. Can't beat the Ko Olina location with the Ko Olina Golf Course across the street and the best lagoon beaches for families just steps away. BT-102 was a great ground floor unit super convenient to the lobby and beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and rooms were clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach equipment in the unit for beach days. The pool area was never busy (yay!) and snacks/drinks from the bar were great (just wish that they opened earlier/stayed open later :)). Staff was so friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Beach Villas to family and will hopefully be back on a future trip to Oahu. Erika D
Jul 31, 2023 Unit 102 ko Olina We have stayed at the property before. About 10 years ago. Our condo was really nice. It’s nice that it was remodeled. The layout and the giant TV was great. I loved having a garden unit. It was really fun seeing all the birds and critters in the morning. The air conditioning worked great and the bathtub is the most amazing bathtub ever! I love the kitchen I love to cook, and it was really nice being able to cook for the family. I have some feedback about the kitchen. The pots and pans were fantastic however, The cooking utensils need to be inventoried and replaced, there needs to be a better strainer, and there was no spatula when we got to the unit however, the host replaced the spatula and gave us a new knife set right away. That really was a big help. The parking spot was impossible. There were two giant pylons and we had a big SUV and there was just no way to safely park the vehicle. Fortunately we had a disabled placard so we were able to utilize the disabled parking and that pretty much saved us. The other thing that I would provide some feedback about is we needed two extra room keys. There were four of us and we kept Miss-laying the keys. I had to pay $20 to borrow two extra keys and then give them back at the end of our stay, to be reused. That seems a bit unfair. We spent most of our time in the adult pool which is truly lovely. I think the lagoon pool could use an update if it were me, I would put all new cushions on the chairs in the adult pool and move the adult pool cushions to the lagoon pool…. don’t get me wrong, the condo & grounds were the most amazing experience ever. It’s why we keep coming back. The snorkeling was excellent in the lagoon and there is even a sea turtle. My son had great fun walking through the other resorts and exploring the area, (he’s an adult disabled child). He can safely navigate the whole area. Everyone was super nice to him. It meant so much. There are good restaurants in the area and we my husband and I really enjoyed eating over a Longhi’s. Matilda G

Apr 29, 2023 Great location What a great location for a vacation. The beach area is great and with the pool as well you have choices on where you want to enjoy the sunny weather. The beach villa building is a great location and being on the ground floor I thought that was a plus as we never had to look for the elevator. We enjoyed being on the opposite side of the building from the pool so less noise. The place came with everything you would need to spend the day out by the water and within a few miles you had many places to select from the eat if you wanted to go out. Will definitely stay in this area next visit. Alan M

Property was quiet, condo had enough space for everyone to relax, and great amenities with a dedicated parking spot (which the only downside, it was hard to park in a very tight space). May 23, 2022 Five Star Such a great unit for a beautiful vacation. We loved having ground floor access to the pools and lagoon, but also having a lush back yard area to wake up to. The unit was clean and well appointed, with everything you need to enjoy the beach and sun. The kitchen was stocked. Apr 17, 2022 Great condos especially for families The condo and surrounding property was great. Very clean. Loved having a full kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook. The pools and hot tubs were amazing. One draw back was the lagoon. It was not managed by the condos but a different group. We brought our own SUP (stand up and paddle board) but we’re not allowed to use it at the lagoons even though it is a public beach. There was a security guard who told us that if we brought it back we would get cited for trespassing. But, there was company renting paddle boards at the lagoon with plenty of people renting them and out on the lagoon. Turns out it’s just a way they want to make money. We did not have this problem at other beaches on the island. My 3 young children also were told they could not play with a ball or frisbee on the lagoon beach. A little frustrating considering you are on a public beach. Danielle M

We stayed during New Year's eve and the fireworks from Aulani were spectacular. My only complaint was that the room lighting was a little dark. Carmen B
Aug 24, 2015 Family Vacation Aug 2015 I highly recommend the Ko Olina area and the Ko Olina Beach Villas. Great location, great beach/lagoon access. This unit was well maintained, had updated appliances and easy access. We had a little problem getting the A/C unit thermostat out of "vacation mode" the first day, but once we did everything was quite comfortable. Minor issues we had were we couldn't get the wine cooler to stay turned on and there were no boogie boards as advertised in the write up. Overall a great place and great condo. Thanks. Kyle B

Sep 26, 2024 Our stay in Ko Olina was great. The Gather staff were very responsive and always made sure that someone was available to answer questions for us through several forms of communication. Our kids loved the pool (which was pretty empty most of the time) and the lagoon. The unit was nice with ample space for our kids to play and the kitchen was very useful for cooking. Max Willis
