This was absolutely the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in my life! The view was incredible! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Falling asleep and waking up to the ocean sounds was mesmerizing. Each morning, we’d have coffee and watch for whales. We were blessed to see some almost every morning. The kitchen was spectacular and contained pretty much anything needed. The beds were quite comfortable and the linens quite cozy. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host was very helpful with any questions. We didn’t want to leave. Personally, I’d come back and stay for the rest of my life if it weren’t for this thing called reality.

We had an incredible time during our stay and were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. The place was exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the attention to detail that was evident throughout our stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, every aspect of the property was carefully thought out and provided us with everything we needed and more. The location was simply breathtaking, boasting a panoramic view that was nothing short of spectacular. We spent hours taking in the scenery and never tired of the stunning vista surrounding us. It was at an additional cost, but the heated pool was another standout feature. The warm water was a welcome respite from the cooler and rainy days. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience that we will always treasure.

This is an incredible vacation rental. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The home was perfectly clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The location is amazing and convenient to everything the north shore offers. The views out the back can’t be beat. We were seeing whales within minutes of arriving. Highly recommend! An amazing property - even better than the pictures. The views from every room are stunning and the house is very well equipped from kitchen to beach gear. This stunning villa boasts three ocean-view bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, just steps away from the pool, also has its own outdoor bathroom. Relax in the refined comfort of the open-concept floor plan, where the well-appointed kitchen flows into the dining room, which in turn flows into the living space. Each of the common areas has a bright and airy feel, with high ceilings and amazing ocean vistas.

Honu Awa's expansive lanais feature outdoor seating with incredible privacy and Pacific views, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an open-air candle-lit dinner. The private courtyard contains a lovely lagoon-style pool, where you can relax in scenic tranquility. This Hawaiian haven is nestled into a quiet cul-de-sac, giving your family an ideal setting for a peaceful getaway.

Located in the Princeville area of north Kauai, this exceptional villa provides convenient access to renowned Hanalei Bay. The quaint bordering town of Hanalei also offers a variety of restaurant options, along with art galleries, boutiques, and surf shops. And whether you're looking for snorkeling, hiking, boating, stand-up paddling, or golf opportunities, you'll find them nearby on the north shore.

The home features split air conditioning systems in two bedrooms on the second level and one bedroom by the courtyard/pool area. The primary suite and living area feature central air conditioning.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $375 plus tax applies to all stays of 10 days or longer.

Garage is NOT available. Guest parking on the driveway.

Please be advised that pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate. If you are interested in heating the pool, kindly contact us for more details regarding our pool heat policy. Also note that not all pools on Kauai have the option for heating. Please do NOT assume that pools are automatically heated for guests. Pool heat requests are subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.

Aug 09, 2022 April 2022 stay We are a family of 6. The property is spacious, well decorated and appointed. It is well stocked. The kitchen has high end appliances and was a pleasure to prepare our meals there. The views are amazing. It is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Many nice shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes drive. We paid the daily fee to have the pool heated. It wasn’t working and on the 3rd full day of our stay the pool man came by and fixed it. Thereafter we enjoyed the pool immensely. My family enjoyed our time in Kauai and the property was certainly a factor. Teizu W

The home is located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to Foodland grocery store, shops and restaurants (about a 25 minute walk or short drive). We hiked down to the beach via a trail in the neighborhood and we had the beach to ourselves. Yen was a wonderful host and was very helpful and communicative. Easy and accommodating check in/check out and the manager was always available for any needs and great recommendations. Can comfortably fit four couples/families. Was amazing to have the view of the ocean from the deck as well as from many of the bedrooms for days we felt like being “lazy” but still wanted to feel like we were at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you would need to cook. Comfortable and spacious living/dining area and plenty of games/books to keep everyone busy.
