Five Star

We have stayed in this unit before and love the view! These comments are very minor but would make staying there a bit simpler. I wish there was a drying rack for beach towels and suits. A $20 wood drying rack would be a wonderful addition. It would be great if there could be hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe on. A full length mirror would also be a welcome addition.

Wonderful!

Our stay at the Beach Villa's at Ko Olina was wonderful. The condo was so clean and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we drove up to the last time we drove out of the parking lot. The view from our lani was beautiful and the beaches were kept so clean. We had never been to Hawaii and were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. In closing we left there gaining a special friendship with a special person. Moon Kahele. What a great guy. From the moment we met him it was as if we knew him forever. We attended his show on Friday night and he sang 2 special songs for us to celebrate our anniversary. He is definitely an asset to your company and has left footprints on our hearts which time will never erase. We have a forever friend in him. So from Louisiana across the Pacific to Ko Olina Resort and Moon Kahele the moon over Louisiana lights a path between us and you!! Thanks for the memories!!

Beautiful Ko Olina

An absolutely stunning condo! Whale and dolphin watching every morning on the lanai and, of course, the most beautiful sunsets in the world every evening, we couldn't have asked for anything better than this. The condo had everything we needed - even a few extras like beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler as well as spices, coffee and cooking oils in the kitchen. Loads of space and luxuriously appointed with gorgeous furniture and artwork. We spent twelve nights with our 10, 12 and 14 year old daughters. Everyone loved the condo, the beach, the pools and the entire island! Already making plans for next year....

Nov 20, 2023 22 visit This is our 22nd visit to the Ko’Olina Beach or Ocean Towers. This particular unit was clean and well cared for. These buildings go through cycles. This is a high priced cycle now. We’ve gone and stayed, (and you can now again go and stay) at a beach bungalow in Aitutaki, Cook Islands, or an overwater bungalow in Rangiora, Tahiti, for less than the going rates at this property, and be much more quietly and intimately on the beach. We’ve already booked/paid for our 23rd visit to Ko’Olina in January, but the next trip will likely be back to the South Pacific. Ward H
Oct 08, 2023 Stunning Panoramic Ocean Views! We’ve rented at the Beach Villas many times with Ola Properties and they never disappoint! Top notch service with great communication. This Beach Villa BT-609 was amazing with truly stunning panoramic views from every room. And since the villa is direct oceanfront you can hear the ocean waves quite clearly and the large lanai off of the great room offers the best views and is a great place to lounge. The Villa is well furnished and fully outfitted as well! Robert W
Jan 18, 2023 Great Property This was our first time staying at this property and we loved it. The unit we stayed in was ocean front and had a lovely patio for watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pools, and direct beach access, along with the BBQ's and plenty to walk to like restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back to stay for sure! Donna R
Jan 04, 2023 A perfect paradise This is our second year staying in BT609. The unit is fantastic — you can’t ask for a better view and location. The condo is well-stocked from cooking supplies to detergents to beach gear. Instructions for the wifi, laundry, and checkout are very clear. We love the lanai where we can have our coffee in the mornings and listen to the entertainment at the bar below us. The availability of the pools and beach are also ideal. Ola has made it very easy for us to enjoy the Beach Villas, and we are planning to come back again. Courtney C

Oct 28, 2022 Unbeatable Views This villa was perfect for my family on our recent vacation! To start with, the views are breathtaking. You have unobstructed ocean front views, with a picture-perfect sunset each night. This unit has one of the top locations of all the units in the property. The unit itself is well-kept and well-stocked. There are beach chairs, a cooler, some sand toys, and boogey boards in the unit for you to use. The property itself is perfect for families with small children. The pools never felt crowded, and my 2 year old daughter loved the wading pool. The twice daily feeding of the coy fish was also a hit with her. It is so easy to walk to the beach from the unit (and run back up if you forgot something). The pool bar has good drinks and limited snack options, and you are an easy walk to the Marriott, Aulani, and the Four Seasons. It is also a slightly longer (about .7 mile) walk to the shopping center where you can get groceries and grab food. Ola Properties was also fantastic to work with. My only criticism is that the dryer in the unit could use update or repair--we would have to run it 3 or 4 times to get clothes dry. Lauren R

Jun 02, 2022 What a VIEW! If you want the BEST view of the ocean, lagoon, beach, This is it! Even though the unit was alittle outdated and needed more supplies to cook with, It was overshadowed by THE VIEW. We spent most of our time on the Lanai because it was so awesome. Sunsets were ones that you could say to yourself, Am I in Heaven? Now for the property managers, OLA Properties: We had a small issue with no knives, which they took care of within a couple of hours. We have stayed at this property in different areas of the property, and they have always been responsive and helpful each and every time. You definitely need to go with them instead of others. We look forward to another trip soon. Thanks Hawaii, OLA and the owners of the unit. The honest reason for 4 stars is the outdated furniture in the unit and Lanai. That's it. Feb 19, 2022 Four Star Unit BT 609 is hard to beat from a location standpoint; a front row seat! We have stayed many times at the Beach Villas and always have a wonderful time. The grounds are always impeccable, the staff always available and friendly. We had a couple of maintenance issues in our condo but both the Ola Properties staff and maintenance personnel reacted quickly to solve the issues. The condo unit, itself is getting a bit tired and some of the plumbing fixtures and furniture could use some general TLC. All things considered.........a wonderful stay! Thank you. D & D David G

Mar 14, 2016 Amazing View! The best part of this place is the amazing view. The quality of the unit was very nice. There were some things that could be improved. The dishes and cook ware had water stains and are in need of replacement. The tv's and multimedia electronics are a bit dated and difficult to use. Having 3 remotes to choose from is a hassle. One remote should control all. On the grounds, there could be some improvements. The pool areas were not very inviting. The material used in the pools is dark and uninviting. Though the water was very clean, at first glance appears dirty. Also the water temp is too cold. The biggest issue we had was beach access. Our unit is in the best spot on the property, however to access the beach is a walk. You have to walk all the way back to the main lobby, then walk all the way through the pool area, just to access the beach. If you have towels, beach chairs, etc., this can be a bit of a challenge. The unit was very nice and quiet and again, the view was spectacular. Joseph S

Mar 30, 2015 Spring Break 2015 Stayed in the beautiful, full ocean front villa for our second year. It was absolutely perfect for our family if girls - 11, 13 and 15. So exciting to see the whales from our lanai and to listen to the beautiful live music on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The condo was perfect, the pool area gorgeous and the beach beyond words. We would definitely want to return year after year - in fact, I would move there in a second if I could! Nancy W
Mar 03, 2015 A Wonderful Vacation We stayed in BT609 direct ocean front unit and it was worth the extra just to get that ocean front view. We have stayed in other units which are all similarly equipped and have beautiful views themselves, but as expected the ocean front was the best. There is always the feeling that you never leave the beach. The resort was as beautiful as always, the check in staff, beach bartenders, and even the grounds keepers are all friendly and happy to assist. Everything was a delight and the only thing to suggest as improvement would be to provide a bit more kitchen and bathroom supplies especially for a longer stay. Ron V

Jun 16, 2014 3 Million Dollar View Wow! We spent a week at this beautiful condo, which had the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean, beach lagoon, palm trees and sunsets. It was the view that we appreciated the most, but the condo was also very well appointed with all nice up to date appliances and a nice layout. The lanai was like an extension of our living room, and we spent a lot of time out there. The only downside was that we did not have daily maid service, which we would ask for next time. That way we don't have to sweep sand, do dishes and clean the kitchen everyday while we are on vacation. Otherwise we loved the resort, pool, bar area and the staff assigned to us; Monique was great, and solved a minor problem for us quickly on our first day. Thank you for sharing you beautiful island and property with us. We want to come back! Erin U

Mar 26, 2014 Loved every second! Loved every second of it! Sunsets every single night - what a joy! And whale watching and dolphin watching from our lanai. The lagoon was lovely. Got to visit and snorkel with the turtles over In Paradise Cove as well as have the beautiful moment of encountering two Hawaiian Monk Seals along the way. Our unit was 100% perfect for our family. Let's just say tears were being shed as we closed the door for the last time. Nancy W

Mar 30, 2024 the only item i didn't like was i received 2 notices about my parking. they said i was over the lines. i wasn't. the first time i just took it in stride. the 2nd time, i took pictures and it was annoying as i was within the parking lines. i would relax that a little, or show the manager with pictures or something, because i paid a hefty price to stay there and that was very cheap and unprofessional, in my opinion. i elected to ignore it while i was there, but was prepared should i get approached. i made sure i was with in the proper parking lines in the proper spot. other than that minor detail, the stay and facility was outstanding Mike Fehrenbacher

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay … breakfast on the lanai, the beach was great for kids and was the least busy lagoon, an easy walk to restaurants and great beachside pool with snacks/drinks. The kitchen could use a restock of kitchenware and TVs were very dated. The parking structure was a very nice amenity too. Shawna Myers
