Wonderful Vacation Property!

Beautiful Condo and beautiful property! We stayed in condo 1111 and loved having the lanai’s on both the sunrise and sunset sides! The pools and the beach were great! Always a chair to sit on by the pool. We also loved having all the chairs and beach toys in the room. We had on issue with the toaster and we put in a call and they brought us one within the hour. Great service!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit - the views are truly exceptional. Whether relaxing on the balcony overlooking the koi pond and lagoon or watching the sunset over the ocean, the setting was serene and beautiful. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for restful nights. There were a few areas where we felt there was room for improvement. As a family that enjoys cooking, we found some of the cookware to be in poor condition - one pot had an uneven bottom, and several nonstick pans were heavily scratched. While we were still able to prepare our meals, we expected better kitchen essentials given the price point. Additionally, one of the blinds in the primary bedroom had holes that let in quite a bit of sunlight in the morning. We also found the communication setup a bit confusing, with Gather handling reservations and Ola managing the property directly. Having a single point of contact would have made things more seamless. That said, this is a solid 4.5 star unit.

Beautiful facility, rooms, kitchen and lanais. The only downside was that we eventually had to leave such an amazing place.

Unit was perfect for our family of five. Having three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus . Pools and beach access was great for the kids and abilities to run back to unit for food and drinks. It was in walking distance to restaurants and shops and the sunrise over the mountains and sunset off the balcony were amazing. In unit washer and dryer was a bonus but be prepared for extra long dry times.

May 29, 2023 Excellent views !! We had a really amazing stay ! This property had amazing views and sunset. We are so happy we decided to stay here instead of Waikiki which was very crowded and had a city feel. This location makes you feel at a island. Kitchen was appropriately stocked and had enough beach towels and regular towels. They also had floats, beach chair and beach toys for kids to play. We will highly recommend this place. Garima G

Jan 18, 2023 2023 Family Trip This was our first time in Hawaii and KoOlina was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the kitchen, living area and dual lanais. Glad we were in the Ocean Tower near the quiet pool area with views of the ocean and pool area. Spent time on the cove near this unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for our time in Hawaii. Made several day trips around the island and nothing was too far. Would love to come back again someday. Thomas B

Nov 03, 2022 Amazing Time! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Ko’Olina is one of our top places to stay in Oahu, so when the opportunity opened up we had to book right away. The unit is clean, and equipped with all of our household and outdoor needs. Villa staff and property manager rep Jordan were very helpful. We will definitely come back for our next stay. Sep 14, 2022 FANTASTIC STAY IN OT 1111 We have stayed with OLA several times now. This was a great experience! The unit was well appointed and really loved the DOUBlE LANAI's. The elevator opened to only 2 suites which was great. Got to see the kids at the pool and awesome sunsets. Our contact Gregg with OLA was super as well. He even helped us with our baggage (and a large Costco run) to the room. We will definitely stay again. Raymond W
Feb 17, 2022 Five Star OT-1111 is a special unit. There are lanai's on both sides, which offers great views and allows you to open the doors and get a breeze all the way through the unit. There is also a small balcony off the primary bedroom. We had a great family vacation and the Beach Villa's are the best location on Oahu. Julie B
Jan 30, 2022 Three Star The Condo was beautiful but was poorly stocked and the vacuum didn’t work. We hosted a dinner with some friends and had to borrow plates and wine glasses. The owner need to go through and replenish the necessary items. Rick G

Jun 17, 2024 This property was an amazing home base for our daughter's graduation trip. Wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the property and amenities. Having a kitchen was wonderful as we like to cook and not have to go out as much. We do wish the kitchen had a few more pots, bigger baking sheets, and containers to store leftovers but we made it all work. This is our second time at the resort, and we just love it. Loved this unit as it was a penthouse, so we had no one above us to hear. The Hawaiian breezes on the Lanai was the stuff dreams are made of. We will be back! Nicole Midkiff
May 16, 2024 Wonderful stay. The unit was more spacious than the pictures let on. The double lanai was incredible, with amazing views. The resort grounds are peaceful with beautiful pools. The lagoon access was awesome - it was the least crowded of all the lagoons. W/D in unit was great.
