Wonderful stay!

We loved the OT-1011 Condo - especially the double lanais - one on each side of the property. We used them both and enjoyed the views from both sides! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group. We ate in most nights (there's not a lot of dining options in Ko Olina) and the kitchen and dining area were great. We enjoyed both pools, used the fitness room, spent afternoons at the beach and the tiki bar. Will return and look for this condo again. Mahalo!

Beach Villa 1011

Wonderful condo. Great for a family. Lots of space and loved the location. We would definitely come back. Mahalo.

Rented both PH 10th floor

The condo was clean. Our 3 families with 2 kids rented the whole 10th floor so we would have easy access to each other but we were told by the staff that we had to keep our doors shut. Thankful for the door stops. We were also told not to open both sliding doors to the 2 balconys because of the wind. So the 2 reasons we selected these condo's got deleted. The view in the 2 bdrm 1001 was much better than OT-1011. There was a pack N play- there were beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers, 3 boogie boards- no umbrella, no beach toys for kids. No spices other than salt N pepper- no saran wrap,oil or anything else you usually expect but maybe its just overkill cleaning because of covid. We bought our own cleaning spray for the glass table because there was nothing to clean it with. Dryer broke while we were there and they quickly fixed it. Jordan, our Ola contact person was very nice. We had a nice time with family even through the storm.

We love Ko Olina!

Beautiful villa, best views from OT-1011! We don't want to call these "complaints", but there were a few amenities we would've appreciated having in the kitchen that weren't there (we eat in a lot!): kitchen towels (had to use white ones from the bathrooms) plastic pitcher (we wanted to make a batch of iced tea) strainer (bought a small one & left it there) measuring spoons dry measuring cups (but there is pint cup for measuring liquids) smaller non-stick fry pan more pot holders large plastic cups for taking beverages down to the pool FYI #1) the cutting board that balances in the sink is missing one of the "feet", which causes it to wobble when taken out to use on the counter. #2) one of the cupboard doors for the pots/pans is off of its hinge.

Oct 05, 2022 Great villa and great location The villa was very spacious and well suited for our party of 5. The lagoon was only a few minutes walk away and there are some spare beach equipment if needed. The only thing that caused us a bit of an inconvenience was not realizing that the sliding doors to the lanai needed to be closed with more force than expected in order to get the AC to turn on Andre T

Oct 29, 2024 We had a family vacation with our adult children at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. The apartment was well furnished with comfortable beds and a bathroom for each bedroom. We enjoyed spending time on the two lanais that had different views of the resort area, including the beach and the nearby mountains. The Gather hosts were always responsive to text messages and available to provide any information we needed. We would definitely stay in the apartment again. Patricia Kerber
