Great Stay

We had the honor to be the first to stay at this place and loved it! It was clean, cozy, peaceful, and welcoming. There\'s a nice coffee shop and some restaurants in walking distance. Torrey Pines and the ocean is just down the street. Sea World is only 20 minutes away. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating as well. I would love to stay again!

Amazing Location

This is a nice house in an amazing location. It\'s been updated, was very clean and had all the amenities. We were traveling with two dogs, and the fenced-in yard and neighborhood were perfect.

Perfect Place for Us

Perfect place for us to spend Spring Break. Close to the beaches we love and walking distance to a great coffee shop and pizza place. A quiet street but easy access to Del Mar, La Jolla, or the freeway.

Apr 13, 2024 Adorable Home In Perfect Del Mar Location We stayed here for several weeks and it was a perfect getaway in a great location. The house was clean, the linens were amazing, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hiked Torrey Pines State Park which is a short walk from the house - we regularly walked to the end of the street for dinners at West End Restaurant and Bar, Aqua Mare Restaurant and Bar, and watched basketball at The Goat Sports Bar and Restaurant. Two more blocks and we enjoyed Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Buonasera Pizza and the best Roberto\'s Mexican food. There is even a little market and liquor store at the end of the street! We loved the peaceful backyard and BBQ area and the friendly neighborhood. We can\'t wait to come back here! Jenn Margiotta

Sep 10, 2024 There was no AC in the master bedroom . It was noted in the vrbo description that it had AC. I read that there were 2 parking spaces. The vrbo listing did NOT say we needed to park on the street. The ice maker was broken That was remedied quickly Frances Meyer

Jul 06, 2024 Excellent location, had all the amenities described, outdoor space is lovely and the hosts representatives were very responsive. Not a typical airbnb, but location and space available for ourselves, a toddler and a dog was worth it. Only suggestion is to read the fine print when confirming your stay. Devika Ashok

You answered our questions immediately and graciously offered to mail us a prized possession we left behind. Thank you! Oct 30, 2025 we stayed at this vacation home for a month while our house was being fumigated, and absolutely would come back! the most amazing thing about this place is the location — step outside the door and you are immediately greeted with stunning views of torrey pines, the ocean, and incredible sunsets. it was nice to have an enclosed front and back yard, especially since the back yard is fully private with tall tree coverage. kitchen and fridge/freezer were smaller than anticipated, but we made do. nice to have access to a full washer + dryer. the property mgmt company was super responsive throughout, including within minutes when we were locked out / the door code wasn’t working.
