Hale Cassia far surpassed our expectations. This house is in a beautiful part of Princeville and is easily accessible. It was a 5-minute walk to the store, and along the way, there was an adorable park for the kiddos. A major plus was Anini Beach, which we liked more than Hanalei because the water was calm, and we could snorkel. It is about a 20-minute walk down to Anini Beach but there is a steep path down to get there (Caution). Hale Cassia is set perfectly upon a large property with a spacious backyard for the kids to run around. It made for a pristine place to host lunches, dinners, and delicious breakfasts. The house felt like an authentic Hawaiian house and yet very nicely updated. We heard there is going to be air conditioning soon, but it was not needed with the exhaust fan. Thank you so much to Airbnb and the Hale Cassia management team. Yen was the local rep who supported us in getting settled into the house and with some much-needed tips. We highly recommend this place.

The house was bigger than expected with a beautiful lanai that wrapped along 3 sides of the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like a home and not a rental; very clean. The house had everything you needed and more. We really like the location of the house; very close to the North side of the island and very drivable to the south side.

Jul 09, 2025 Hale Cassia is a beautiful home. It made for a very comfortable home base for our family of 5 while in Kauai for 2 weeks. The kitchen was so well equipped, it was a joy to cook in. The beds were incredibly comfy. Everything was so clean and the house was. We particularly enjoyed the wrap around porch and spending time in the yard. I hope to stay here again soon. Dhurga R

Jan 22, 2026 Just book it— stop looking elsewhere. I’ve stayed in dozens of airBnB’s and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. It was very clean, comfortable, and literally had everything you’d need and more. High end filtered water for drinking, extra towels and blankets, board games, beach chairs, high chair and crib for the baby, etc. The kitchen had everything perfectly organized and in great condition for cooking. The wrap around porch and private backyard were so peaceful during good weather and bad. AND the location is excellent for families. A couple minute walk to the playground and park which our kids LOVED! A couple minute walk to the store and shopping area in Princeville. And the neighborhood was so nice and peaceful. And felt extremely safe. The beds were comfortable, the layout is great for families, we just couldn’t stop raving about it! We’ve stayed in Hawaii many times and this was our favorite rental yet.
