A Dream Vacation

My wife and I wanted to get away and I had heard that this new development in Koloa was taking rentals. From the indoor pond to the infinity pool this was an unforgettable trip for us. The open concept living area made the space feel inviting and comfortable. We spent much of our time sitting out on the decks and enjoying the view. Can’t wait to plan our next stay.

Stunning Estate

We stayed here and LOVED the property. It's inside a brand new development and it's one of the first homes completed and it's beautiful. The edgeless pool with Baja deck was stunning, the home is brand new, and phenomenal for entertaining. It's one of the nicest homes on the island. Due to it being one of the first homes built inside the development, there is some light construction traffic at times but nothing that inhibited our stay. You won't regret staying here.

Kauai At Its Finest!

Our family and some dear friends (4 adults, 6 children) were fortunate enough to stay in this incredible new custom home located in my favorite part of Kauai! We were able to walk to Shipwreck Beach, bike/drive 2 minutes to the sands of Poipu, and enjoy the infinity edge pool with ocean views each afternoon. The accommodations were first-rate and the kids loved the bunk room! Beware, you will likely see more sea turtles than you can count in the waters directly in front of this new community. So much family fun, so much beauty, and with all the luxury you could think of included in the accommodations. We highly recommend this vacation estate! We'll be coming back!

Oct 11, 2024 We found our spot! We’ve been frequenting Kauai as a family for the last 5 years and have never had a better experience than the week we spent in this home. The home is beautiful, spacious, FUN (pool, huge lanai, bunk room with Xbox for the kids) and the location couldn’t be more perfect for our young, active family. Most of our beach activities were just a quick walk or bike ride in either direction. We never drove more than 10 minutes to enjoy surfing, snorkeling, hiking, shopping and dining. The development is peaceful and private, located at some of the most beautiful coastal cliffs we’ve experienced on Kauai. Such a memorable stay and we look forward to our next one! Chase E

Feb 20, 2025 WE'RE READY TO VISIT THIS VILLA AGAIN!! Recently, our family of 8 (kids are 17-29) had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa on the southern tip of Kauai. Architecturally, it was a masterpiece that beautifully blended modern design with the natural beauty of the island. The house was filled with expansive windows, allowing natural light to flood in and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to relax, read a book, take a nap or watch some great sporting events on the big screen! The interior was equipped with state-of-the-art, modern appliances, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The bathrooms were gorgeous, boasting elegant fixtures and luxurious finishes, providing a spa-like experience. The bedrooms were equally impressive, offering both comfort and style. Each room served as a perfect retreat after a day of adventure on the island. Outside, the view was nothing short of spectacular. We were fortunate enough to watch the majestic whales from our back door, an experience that felt almost surreal. With the ocean right at our doorstep, it was a delight to swim, socialize, and soak in the natural beauty of Kauai. We had a local yoga instructor visit us most mornings and did yoga out by the pool, arranged for a great chef to swing over and cook a few dinners for us and a local photographer took the perfect holiday card photo! We could have not left the property for the week but the beauty of Kauai is so amazing! In summary, this house was not just a place to stay; it was an invitation to experience paradise. Also the quality of everything provided was top of the line. Can't beat the view from the pool and spa. We were initially concerned that the construction noise would be a bother, but it never was.
