We had a great stay at this condo, everything was clean, and well-kept. Plenty of chairs, umbrella, sand toys and snorkel gear to borrow (outside on lanai)! My husband swam every morning at the beach directly across the street-saw turtles and beautiful fish (way better than the fish off Molokini). We stayed over the New Years holiday-the neighbors LOVE their fireworks, so bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive (you’ve been warned)! Get ready for a show! All around 5 stars! We would stay here again!

I’d stay at this condo again.
It fit our family of five just fine. We had plenty of space inside, but mostly we were out and about a lot. The kids loved the pool, which was not busy at all, and we really enjoyed the ocean view from our upstairs bedroom. It was a beautiful scene to wake up to. Our favorites: -Seeing the snails come out at night -Nighttime swimming in the pool with the tiki torches lit. -Walking across the road to watch the sunrise and sunset And Charles was very quick to communicate with us, so we knew what to expect.

Perfect quiet location for my family.
Beach is just across the street. The location was conveniently located but still felt very quiet and peaceful. Pool was nice. Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. Bonus there are boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, snorkel, beach toys for our use.
