We loved our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. It was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach was so close, the water was pretty calm and warm while we there at the beginning of September. Great communication whenever we had any questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to over to the Turtle Bay Resort and dine at their wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend!

We’ve visited Turtle Bay 3 times now and always stay in one of the villas, this was a nice one and we got it at a fair price. What we liked: 1. Great views from the Lanai. You can see the ocean, the pool is below and to the right. We were there on a holiday weekend and pool was still accessible, sometimes even by ourselves. 2. Turtle Bay itself is protected from some of the higher winds you can see outside the area and it’s always pleasant to play in the ocean right there. 3. Place was clean. Really like that they have a big smart TV in the living room. 4. A peaceful setting and resort space, with nearby restaurants, view spots, snorkeling, etc. We’ve brought our family of 5 here more than once and they love it (kids ages 5-13). Possible Improvements: 1. Toilets clog easy. 2. They ask you to bring toiletries if you’re there more than 3-4 days. We had to go get some. We’d happily return, oh and they shipped me an item we left, they went above and beyond on this, thanks!

Location, location, location! Loved that the beach was just a few feet away. The villa was clean and spacious, I liked that the rooms were spaced out so that everyone in the group got a break from each other after a long day. The balcony had beautiful views of the beach and pool area. The villa had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Turtle bay resort was next door and they had several restaurants to eat at. There was also food trucks (including Giovannis shrimp truck) located about 7 minutes from the area. Family friendly resort, would definitely recommend, and will definitely return.

This spacious three-bedroom villa is located on the 3rd floor, allowing guests to relax with sweeping ocean views of the North Shore of Oahu. Kick back in the newly remodeled primary suite and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen television while laying on your king-size bed. In true home-away fashion, take advantage of the large walk-in closet so you don’t have to worry about living out of your suitcase.

Venture into the primary bath for a mesmerizing soak in the large, relaxing tub, or enjoy the separate shower. This gorgeous primary bath also includes a double vanity counter with stunning marble countertops.

The additional bedrooms are suited to luxurious queen-size beds, upgraded furnishings, and flat-screen TVs. Supplementary amenities available to guests include an extra full bathroom, a full-sized washer and dryer in-unit, gated security, reserved parking, an isolated courtyard that overlooks the ocean, and so much more.

The outdoor section of the resort opens to ground-level access to the private pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, perfect for grilling up an authentic Hawaiian meal fit for a family. Relax and enjoy the sound of crashing waves while being a mere few steps away from the ocean and your bedroom. Walk down the small peninsula for ocean views as far as the eye can see.

Outside of this special island villa, guests have easy access to the Turtle Bay Resort Golf Course, home of the Fazio and Palmer courses, named top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest. Both the Champions Tour and LPGA have hosted many events at this famed 18-hole course. Travelers can also reap all the benefits Oahu’s North Shore has to offer including Waimea Bay beach spot, Waimea Valley Waterfall, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and more!

Please be advised that you are staying in the country, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.

-Guests will be assigned 1 parking stall during their stay. Guests can have extra cars park in guest stalls during the day, and in the main resort parking lot overnight (free of charge).
-Ocean Villas offers their own pool, jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills and is reserved strictly for Ocean Villas residents and guests.
-Hotel tennis and pickle ball courts, access to the hotel pool, and passes for the hotel gym can be inquired about through the hotel. Please call the activity desk or Nalu gym for up to date information prior to your stay.
-Community hot tub available next to the pool.
-Exercise classes or private massages can be booked at the Nalu spa just inside the hotel.
-Horseback lessons, surf lessons, and helicopter rides can be booked at the activities desk in the hotel lobby.
-The Fazio and Arnold Palmer Golf Courses located in the resort were named one of the top 100 courses in the country by Golf Digest.
-Waimea Bay, The famous Banzai Pipeline, and Polynesian Cultural Center are all just a short drive away.

Aug 19, 2024 Turtle Bay Villas was perfect for an ohana type stay and afforded a party of 6 a place to gather than have privacy. The view is special. The photos don’t do the proximity and view to the ocean justice. You just have to be quiet enough and you’ll hear the roar of the waves. Sep 08, 2024 My family very much enjoyed our stay here! We had the privacy of the Ocean Villas while enjoying the restaurants and activities at Turtle Bay. Several close beaches and everything you need. The pool is nice and private and all of the beaches are breath taking. The unit itself is in a prime spot for privacy. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable which is so important for me when I travel. My husband and I got massages at Nalu spa which was incredible and my kids and I enjoyed cayaking with Turtles at Kawela bay! An unforgettable vacation 🏝️🌺🐢 Kiera Hluz

Jul 31, 2024 Our stay at the Villas of Turtle Bay was amazing. Our family enjoyed swimming and walking to the beach daily. We had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. We were able to catch breathtaking sunrises and even saw a few turtles swimming along the walkway. The location was convenient and allowed a short drive the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, and local beaches. We enjoyed relaxing at the Villas and cooking meals together as a family in the well stocked kitchen. The Villa was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our stay was truly unforgettable and we hope to visit again in the future. Victor Sanchez
Jul 01, 2024 We loved our third floor unit with ocean and pool view. Our group of 6 (3 parents, 1 young adult and two older teens) was celebrating a birthday and graduation. The parking is right out front and you can take the stairs (in 6 short half flights) or the nearby elevator) We had several meals outside on the balcony and grilled at the bbq’s below. I love that the beach has a sandy entrance (on the right side) to get in, lots of reef and rocks for fish. We saw nearly every kind of fish we saw at sharks cove, and turtles too. I like that it’s a mostly enclosed cove/bay with no waves. Even though you share it with the resort it was never super busy. There’s a restaurant on the beach and you can rent an umbrella or covered beach lounges from the hotel. We walked over to the hotel a few times ( through the parking lot for flat paved walk, or through the beach for a sandy walk) to visit their stores and restaurants and for a better view of the sunset. May 17, 2024 From the moment we pulled up it was “Aloha”! The onsite personnel were so friendly and helpful (especially the women who was head of grounds patrol). The view is literally breathtaking, I’m still having withdrawals! Everything you need to relax is right there. Fall asleep to the sound of waves, night swim to see turtles & sea life, relax on a beach that is gorgeous and so close to the unit. And the UNIT… A-MA-ZING! High end appliances and every comfort you want (and the sheets were phenomenal). Yes!! We will be back! Thank you for the family refresh.. Lisa Agbalaya

Mar 06, 2024 We absolutely loved the villa and all the beauty that surrounded it. The condo was spacious and comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a 5 year old. The villa had all the necessary amenities that made us feel at home. The beds were super comfy! Loved the availability of beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as large beach towels. May 03, 2024 Our family enjoyed our stay in villa 307. It was even better than the photos. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. Lanai felt very private. I loved the decor. Beds were comfy. Check in was super easy and the local property managers (Elite) were easy to work with. They even texted a news story to warn us to prepare for an approaching tropical storm (which fortunately fizzled and didn’t affect our stay). Location was great. We enjoyed on-site beach and pool and frequently visited nearby food trucks in Kahuku. Waimea and Haleiwa were easy to visit as well. Even an afternoon in Honolulu was a short drive. All week we were wishing for beach chairs and an umbrella. Then we discovered the piles of beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc. in one of the bedroom closets on our last night as we packed up. Oh well! We should have searched more but a note about the gear location in the binder or by beach towels would be helpful. Thanks for a great stay! Amy Kemmerer

May 03, 2024 Easy to find and great communication for checking in with access codes. The kitchen sink started leaving and we texted the hosts and a handyman was sent over very quickly to fix the problem. Great stay! Perfect for families looking to stay together in Turtle bay! Pua Iwamoto
Dec 05, 2024 I wish we would have stayed longer. It was so nice having the whole family in one big unit with all the amenities necessary and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The gym is the best place ever to workout, the waves are so huge and close its almost like they are coming through the window. The pools have it all for all. The surroundings are breath taking. Jan 01, 2025 My family had a wonderful relaxing time here. It was our first time to Turtle Bay so it was fun exploring the area. Our 3 yo granddaughter loved swimming in the pool and making sand castles on the beach. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and pool toys. Be aware there is a water alarm on the floor of the laundry closet. It went off at 10:45pm while we were all sleeping. We thought it was the smoke alarm but we couldn’t turn it off. The property manager answered my call and walked me through to figure out it was in the laundry room. There was a little bit of water on the floor from the drain pipe. Thank goodness they answered right away-the alarm was loud- the neighbors were coming over. It was a really comfortable condo and great for our family of 6 adults and 2 granddaughters. The balcony was wider than most and it was nice to have a tv in every room. All the rooms were a really good size also. Hope to be back someday! Debbie Arnold
