Experience the ultimate Big Island luxury getaway in this plantation-style home in Holua Kai, Keauhou's exclusive new gated community, where oceanfront golf, panoramic views of the coast, and stunning sunsets await. This home is just a 10 minute walk to Keauhou Bay, well known as the best spot on the island to see and swim with the Manta Rays. And just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with fine restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. This bright and airy custom home features central air conditioning, along with plenty of windows strategically placed to let refreshing island breezes blow through. Outside, a private pool and gated backyard create an outdoor oasis for guests to enjoy quality vacation time together.

Holua Kai #32 boasts a spacious open floor plan and high ceilings. The sumptuous primary suite offers a king-size bed, a garden and pool view, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The beautiful second and third bedrooms provide queen-size beds, and each has its own full bath for total guest privacy. A gorgeous gourmet kitchen with fine finishes such as granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets flows into an expansive great room, where elegant and comfortable furnishings create an ideal gathering space. Every room has a 4K TV as well as a 52" TV in the living room featuring a bluray player.

Huge pocket doors in the great room open to a covered lanai, the perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon nap, or an open-air dinner. Guests have the option of relaxing by their own pool at Holua Kai #32. The Holua Kai neighborhood also features outdoor lounge areas and a lovely ocean/sunset lookout point.

This Keauhou home on the Big Island of Hawaii's west coast allows convenient access to breathtaking beaches such as White Sands Beach Park. Opportunities also abound nearby for championship golf, tennis, snorkeling, diving, and deep sea fishing. Just a short drive leads to endless shopping and dining possibilities in Kona Town. Kona is also home to the Ironman World Championship

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.

Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.

May 06, 2023 The property was amazing! Spacious and luxurious. Communication was great, we had no issues checking in or out. The only issue we had was around the cleanliness of some parts of the house. The dishwasher was gross and smelly and when we arrived there were at least a dozen flies in the house that were quite a nuisance. Nan

Oct 28, 2024 The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer and the neighborhood is in a quiet gated community. The layout of the house gives plenty of privacy to each bedroom each with their own bathroom and their own tv. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, well stocked. Full size washer and dryer with lots of beach towels in the cupboards above. The garage has all the toys you need for a day at the beach or just floating in the pool. We had an issue with the smoke detectors going off every night so we called and it was immediately fixed that same day. We would highly recommended this house and would give it 6 stars if it was possible. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Terry Rach

Such an awesome area on the Island - we loved coming home to this oasis every afternoon to relax by the pool. Very clean and even all the kitchenware was organized so nicely which showed the time and effort put into cleaning and preparing the property for us. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Very spacious and very relaxing. The neighborhood was gated and very peaceful. May 03, 2024 The cleaning fee and service fee are really high for an Airbnb. However, the house is amazing. It is roomy, comfortable and perfect size for a family of four. They have everything you need from pool noodles to beach chairs and even bikes to ride around. And they even have a sunset view across the street. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, very nice for walking. This particular house is also right next to the community pool and jacuzzi but has a great private pool, too. May 03, 2024 The house and pool were great, and the kitchen was very well set up (the knives were actually sharp and there was even a decent knife sharpener). Really enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the mornings listening to the birds and starting the day. The location is good as it's nicely out of the high traffic areas to the North, but still close enough to everything. Highly recommend checking out the manta rays that hang out just outside of Keauhou Bay near by the house. The only negative is that the listing said that there is an ocean view, but the ocean is very much not viewable from any part of the house or property (there is a viewing area across the street and down a bit, between houses; where you can look across the surrounding golf course out to the ocean, which is beautiful at sunset.) This didn't ruin our stay or anything like that, but when we searched specifically for an ocean view and there isn't one from the house, it's a bit disappointing to say the least. Brent Schultz

May 03, 2024 The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. We used the BBQ outside and loved the blender for smoothies. The pool and Lānai were great for lounging times and my grandson liked running in the yard. We used the bigger community pool too. Just to the left of the house.
