A Magical Vacation!

The property and room checked all the boxes. The one-bedroom and full kitchen was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a definite plus. The view of the beautiful garden pool area and the ocean were breathtaking. It was a short walk through the property to the entrance of the beach. The property is located near food trucks and a small strip mall with a grocery store. Would definitely come back to this property and choose this room.

Wonderful family location. Property as described. Clean, updated condo. Nice touch of Hawaii coffee waiting for you. Nice to have pool towels, beach chairs and such for your use. Would definitely recommend this location.

Sep 24, 2024 Kaanapali Shores 544 This was one of three units that Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers was able to coordinate for our family vacation. Megan was exceptionally helpful prior to our trip, ensuring our units were ready for our families and we had easy check-in, particularly since we didn't arrive until the middle of the night. This particular unit is a bit dated and not as thoroughly stocked as the other two units, but fine for us. We discovered the very useful folding wagon(worth mentioning in the overall blurb as it's so very handy to know right at the beginning.) Great pool and hot tub, with lots of available chairs in both shade and sun. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided as indicated. Mahalo! Maureen T.

Sep 24, 2024 Lovely, relaxing, beautiful Lahaina Town. We prayed our way through our time here, for all the people, the families touched and devastated by the fire. Please, if you come, tip HUGE, everywhere. It’s an easy way to give. Go gently. This was a vacation for us, aimed at relaxation, rest and a little exploring, all in a gorgeous place with friendly people. It delivered and then some! The grounds and location right on the Kaanapali beach were beautiful, so green, perfectly kept gardens and trees, amazing pools and jacuzzi's, good food, always friendly greetings. The amenities in the condo were above and beyond, right down to the sharp cooking knives, really nice pots and pans and Ninja blender. We would definitely return for another vacation. We feel relaxed, spoiled (in the best way), and full of appreciation. Mahalo and Aloha! Lisa B.

Dec 29, 2024 Terrible stay – Avoid Gather Property management if u Value Peace of Mind The location seemed perfect with beach access and a nice pool view, but our vacation was completely ruined with cigarette smoke from a neighboring condo. the smell and smoke flooded into our unit. We reported this issue to the hotel’s front desk four times, but they claimed it was a private property issue and only sent random security checks that achieved nothing. The host was unavailable, responding two days later with an empty promise that their local team would contact us. No one ever followed up. When we finally reached the local team ourselves, they simply said, “Sorry, we can’t control what other guests do,” leaving us to deal with the smoking for the 5-days despite smoke free property. we were forced to endure headaches & discomfort every single day. I strongly advise avoiding this property management if u want a stress-free vacation. The lack of accountability & disregard for cust exp is appalling. Krunal Dholakia

The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed the two big screen TV's (lining room and bedroom) and also appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit. The view from the patio was great, you can see the ocean and we loved the additional patio chairs on the deck and spending time out there. We most definitely will book this unit again in the future! Feb 09, 2023 Great Place to Stay! My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! Check-in was very easy - we had a vehicle, so just had to stop by the front desk to get a parking pass and the code to get in the condo was provided to us via text message. The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything we need to cook some meals. There was also beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, which was super convenient. The condo is located across the street from the grocery store and some restaurants for a quick bite. It's also just a quick walk down the beach to more resorts and bars, or the Beach Club, which is located right onsite. The view from the condo was awesome! There were binoculars there as well, which was really fun, as we saw whales daily during our stay. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, while having access to everything you need for the week! Katie K.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and K-Shores facility is 5 star. We appreciated the location of the condo facing north as it was always shaded.the unit was a new unit and lacked a unit manual which was promised at reservation time. Because of no booklet we had no guidance to what channels were provided on the smart tv. we had to do trial and error and try every listed tv app shown on the smart tv beforehand to figure out which one we had. then once we finally discovered we could watch through hulu, the tv went out the last inning in the world series. Since there was no booklet and the TV set said the internet was connected we were at a loss as to how to get it back on line. I contacted property manager and got a quick reply but she acted like we were stupid and were not watching the tv the right way. All she could say was "push the big green word Hulu". and She would send someone out in the morning. She failed to hear me at all. we finally figured out how to get back on line on our own through the computer and we did not need them to come out the next day. It took a few hours time and we let them know we did not need them. There was no follow up or thank you from them. The same lack of response happened when we first arrived, as we tried the shower head, the whole arm fell apart from the wall. We fixed it and let them know we were ok with it but again no thank you or follow up.We appreciated the coffee gift but there was no filters provided so still needed to go to store for that. There was no can opener or any microwave cooking dishes. As a new unit in their profile we thought it would be fresh and newer. Carpets still stained. Shower curtain liner not new. the tub drained very slowly, the bed had a foam topper to make it seem comfy and cozy but it was very hot for sleeping. We appreciated that we had everything needed for enjoying the beach.We appreciated the reservation people because they were responsive. We did not think much of the property Lori S.

Jan 21, 2025 I liked the location of the resort. Very convenient and in walking distance to grocery shopping, pedicures, gift shopping and a bar (food not great). Have to experience the bar just once. The resort was great. pools, food, bar area. Tried to do some shopping but the place was always closed for unknown reasons. Our room was just ok. I thought it was pricy for what you get. The pictures of the room look great on the website. The room does need to be upgraded. The mattress was shifting to one side which was annoying for the person sleeping on that side of the bed. We would go back to the resort for sure. Trudie Nieuwkoop
