Spectacular, modern condo on the waterfront

Loved this modern, waterfront condo at Kaanapali Shores. The condo is fully renovated and decorated in a modern and welcoming design. It is spacious and has everything you need for an amazing trip. Beach chairs, coffee and coffee machines (keurig and crafted), umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc. Are all provided for use. The view from the wrap around lanai is spectacular! I could have spent the entire trip without ever leaving the lanai and loved it. Parking was easy and convenient. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend. Maholo!

Ocean Front Views and Sounds

Beautifully renovated condo on the ocean with wraparound lanai. Could see Kapalua to north and Lahaina to south. Couldn’t ask for more. Unlimited ocean views and crashing waves. Highly recommend if you’re looking for ultimate relaxing experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The perfect place to stay

Great location, pizza/Greek food and Bobs Snorkels right across the street, food trucks next door, grocery store easy walking distance to. The condo itself is well modernized and updated but still comfortable with plenty of space. Wine fridges in kitchen and master bedroom, as well as a Thermador automatic coffee maker, plus Nespresso and Keurig are on site. Rooms are distanced so you do have privacy from family or friends. Beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and a wagon are available for use. The art looks great on the walls and compliments the areas. The large sliders are great with amazing ocean views, and allows the breeze to from the mountain to blow through. The lanai is a wrap around with the ocean side that gets plenty of afternoon sun and the north side is shaded, catching the cooler wind coming off the mountain for anyone that needs some reprieve from the sun. We had no complaints, the pictures don't do justice for the condo, our family didn't want to leave Maui, and would have been content just staying at the condo as it felt like home.

Sep 24, 2024 Perfect Maui Vacay Rental Excellent beach front property. Newly renovated and spotless. The rental has everything you possibly need and then some. Very well stocked. The location is great and everything you possibly need is within walking distance, including a beautiful beach, 2 pools, restaurants, food trucks, grocery store, etc. The complex is not very busy, so there are not too many people at the beach or the pool. Sep 24, 2024 Outstanding in Every Way! Our stay at KS 702 exceeded our expectations in every way. Unit 702 is one of the premier Aloha units at Kaanapali Shores. The lanai & view are stunning. We watched tons of whale activity (March stay) every day from the lanai. The unit is gorgeous and was a very comfortable home for our family of 4 during our Maui vacation. This unit is luxury in every way. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would have at home, bathrooms are beautiful. We appreciated the in-unit washer & dryer. The beach closet is well stocked with beach chairs & equipment, pickleball supplies, tennis rackets, ... In addition, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views and are easily covered at night with automatic blackout shades. The Stice Team at Hawaii Life was excellent to work with. Communication was detailed and we had all the information we needed prior to check-in. They were extremely responsive before and during our stay. We had one question during our stay & they responded via text within a few minutes. We really enjoyed the Kaanapali Shores complex at North Kaanapali Beach. Easy to get around, Times grocery store across the street, many restaurants close by, and food truck park a 2-minute walk. We also enjoyed easily walking to other North Kaanapali resorts and had several meals at Dukes (walkable from KS). I also like that north Kaanapali is a little quieter than the main Kaanapali beach area, but you can quickly drive to Black Rock Beach and Whaler's Village in about 5-10 minutes. Our family would absolutely recommend KS702 and work with The Stice Team/Hawaii Life. In fact, I hope to return to Maui soon and will reach out to the Stice Team for accommodations (they have many beautiful options if KS702 isn't available for our future stay). Sep 24, 2024 Amazing stay! Gorgeous condominium with a breathtaking view. Everything you could possibly need is already in the condo as it is well stocked. Lovely that televisions are Smart so you can just sign in to your personal streaming accounts. The beds are very comfy and interaction with management was a breeze. Restaurant on site, nice beaches, pickleball, adult and children’s pool. Having laundry in unit is so very helpful. The remodel they completed in 2023 is so gorgeous with high-end appliances. This unit has been beautifully remodeled. The wrap around lanai is just incredible and the ocean view in visible from everywhere in the condo. So relaxing. The unit has been furnished and stocked very thoughtfully. We had everything needed. Comfy furniture, beds, linens, etc. The beach below never got very crowded and was very convenient. We happened to be there during the wildfires and ended up losing power about 30 hours into our stay and then had to evacuate. Hawaii Life was incredibly kind and generous in their handling of the situation. Definitely a company I hope to use again. Deb J.
