Views for DAYS!

Lovely condo with direct water views. We had the luck to visit during whale migration season and enjoyed watching them from the balcony.

The location, the view, the turtles…

The location was great for those wanting a condo experience at an arm’s length from resort hotels. The northern end of the walkable beach stretches for a nice daily beach walk. Narrow beach at the condo but close enough to comfortably carry chairs to the wider beach if that’s your thing. Close walk to Dukes for beachfront meals and also walkable to the grocery store, food trucks, and pizza shop if you’re up for eating at the condo. The closest place to the water gives great sound of the waves and the balcony is pure view and completely private. No looking out at the view and seeing lots of other balconies, and them seeing you. You will see sea turtles popping their heads up for air and the water is clear enough to watch them swimming the reef. The pool and hot tub are waterfront and have a restroom with a shower if you have a late flight and want to put your stuff in your car trunk and catch some extra pool or beach time after check out. The mirrored walls give an open feeling to the unit and the swivel chairs in the living area are perfect for continuing the view even when you had to catch up on some email. I would definitely book this unit again if returning!

Construction Notice: March 31 – September 12, 2025
Please note the following important information regarding construction activities at the resort:

1. Material Transport and Setup:
- Beginning March 31, 2025, construction materials will be transported on the property and to the roof. This will involve the use of cranes and barricades, which may impact certain areas of the resort.

2. Air Conditioning Outage:
- The resort’s air conditioning system will be unavailable from April 24, 2025, with service expected to resume around July 16, 2025. Please be advised that these dates are subject to change without notice.

3. Noise and Construction Activities:
- Very noisy work, including roof demolition, will begin on April 28, 2025, and continue for approximately 30 days.
- Additional shorter durations of noise will occur intermittently until mid-September.
- Periodic water outages may occur but will be restored before the end of the construction day. Advanced notice will be provided by the contractor when possible.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time as the resort undergoes these necessary improvements.
