Fantastic

A beautiful condo in an amazing location. The condo has everything we needed. We especially loved the patio and the proximity to both pools. The grounds are amazing - lush and tropical. We adore the sunsets and whale watching in the evening. I loved the way the place was decorated and we would rebook this condo again in an instant for our next trip to Maui. ❤️

Beautiful, clean condo with great amenities/proximity to beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo for my family. Had everything we needed and despite having to use the pull out beds for our three children, they were easy use, comfortable and not an issue setting up/putting back every day. Could have done with a dustpan and brush as despite the outdoor showers, sand still ended up in the unit (could only find a brush). Was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Both pools and restaurants on site were a huge asset and enjoyed by us and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Seeing whales and ringing the whale bell was a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again! Mahalo!

Had a very nice time! Napili is a great location for whale watching. First time to stay on this end of island was surprised at the amount of daily showers! Great restaurants nearby and plenty of activities to do! Mahalo!!!

Sep 25, 2024 A month in April/May is the best! Spent our regular month in Napili Shores at this unit this year. It's an end unit on the second floor which for us is perfect. The unit is well set up and Bonus has a good selection of beach chairs and umbrellas. Many don't have. It has been maintained well and the furniture and appliances are very good. The fans are in good shape which means they are pretty well silent - nice! And the AC runs quietly too. Mgmt. company staff were great and communicated back to you right away. A parking sticker was waiting for us in the unit. All in all a perfect stay again. Thank you. A guest from Brentwood Bay, BC

Sep 25, 2024 Nine days in paradise The condo was amazing and very clean. I only had to message once a question, and they were very fast to respond and fix my issue. I’ll definitely will stay in one of the Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers places again. Also, it was very helpful with my two kids and wife to get to the beach and very easy parking for my rental car. World famous Gazebo restaurant on site also was very helpful! Mike M.

We also appreciated the shared laundry facilities that we used while we were there. This is a great rental for a couple but also a family of four . . . there is plenty of space. Reviewer Comments: A great property...many options in walking distance. Our room was clean upon our arrival...and well stocked kitchen for cooking needs. We used both pull out beds as there was 5 of us. They were surprisingly very comfortable as pull outs sometimes are not. We did need extra bedding and contacted was at our door quickly. The condo had 5 beach chairs for all of us as well as umbrellas. Didn't see one ant in the room...thats nice. Overall a great place for 5 to stay...not many rooms at Napili Shores accomodate 5...this room worked well. We will return. Kelly L.

The unit was well maintained and was well stocked. Shops, restaurants, and a grocery store are all short drives from the property, which was a nice plus. We would absolutely stay here again! Nov 17, 2022 QUITE FANTASTIC overall! We really loved this place, both the resort and the unit itself. No problems whatsoever with our stay. I've only rated "Accuracy of online listing" with 4 vs. 5 stars because it needs a little update...it's not "brand-new remodeled" it's been a while and the bathroom was not done, at least not totally, the shower clearly was not...not that there was anything wrong, just a more accurate description should be updated. The other thing was a 4-star rating on "Communication with property manager"...it had been absolutely STERLING and I mean STERLING until roughly 2 weeks/10 days before our arrival when my emails were not being answered until the last minute before our departure to Hawaii; it sent me into a panic that something had gone wrong. Eventually I did get a reply by the day before we were to leave, but no explanation as to why there had been no replies for so long. But in the end at least all worked out fine and we couldn't have been happier with everything. I know sometimes things "just happen" so I'm not meaning to rake anybody over the coals about anything, just giving honest feedback. Oh, and if we may suggest...we know you're trying to make the unit look great inside, but...cut down on the pillows piled up on the bed as there's really no place to put them...there is only the one closet in the BR which only has floor-space, no shelves, and the only other closet is stuffed full of supplies and equipment; also you might cut down on the knick-knacks on the tables...your guests need places to put things like sunglasses, camera, keys, etc. etc., we had to move lots of stuff to have space to put OUR stuff! You might also take stock of and clean out some of the stuff previous guests have left in the kitchen cupboard above the stove...there were basket-type filters for the coffee maker up there which you didn't know (so we didn't need to bring our own after all), and a LOT of very OLD cooking supplies i.e. olive oil for example, which most people wouldn't want to use simply because they're open and well...in this day and age? Who knows what could be in those containers. Your welcome bag of coffee and the chocolate macadamias were a wonderful surprise and a big MAHALO for those nice touches! We also must compliment you on the HUGE supply of dishes, glasses, and especially cutlery and cooking utensils! WOW! Our last vacation rental in Hawaii, at the Ilikai in Waikiki had very little in the way of these things, so BRAVO! Mahalo for a wonderful vacay! MARK J.

Our family of four, including 2 teens, loved our July stay. *the bed situation worked out fine with each kid on their own fold out *you really can see the ocean *the air conditioner works great *it is a very quick walk to the beach (a little climb over a few rocks- and be prepared to get wet) *beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were all provided *amazing sunsets every night *easy to-go food from both on-site restaurants *quick walk to a climb-in, kind of awkward, but really great snorkeling area *property had a mix of families, newlyweds, singles, couples, older, younger *lots of open grass for volleyball, toss, soccer, spikeball, etc. *laundry facilities worked fine to wash our bath towels during our 8 day stay *full kitchen with full refrigerator allowed us to purchase most of our own food(from the Safeway in Lahaina or the Napili market down the street), make coffee every morning and drink it on the lanai, cook our own dinner and keep ice cream:) *we used the provided broom everyday to collect the sand that somehow always ends up everywhere! *10 out 10 would definitely stay here again! Jun 07, 2022 Beautiful, clean condo in a gorgeous location Host was very communicative, we had an issue with the bathroom sink draining really slowly and the host sent over a plumber to fix it. He had a key so we didn’t have to sit around and wait for him to arrive. When we came back from the pool the sink was fixed and worked great. The condo is in a gorgeous location, Napili Bay is absolutely stunning. My husband and I saw so many turtles in Napili Bay, it’s amazing how many of them hang out right there next to the rocks. There was a day where we counted 5 turtles all swimming together at the same time near the rocks. The Gazebo restaurant is also on the property where the condo is and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the friend rice, banana pancakes and white chocolate macadamia nut pancakes. The condo is clean, decorated tastefully and has everything you need for your stay. We used the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas every single day. I also appreciated having air conditioning because not every place in Maui has AC. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the host for letting us stay at your wonderful property. Heather H.
May 26, 2022 Loved it! We just returned from a 10 day stay and the property was just like the listing. The area is quiet, the grounds are lovely and the condo has everything you could need. It has a nice view and is located conveniently in the middle of everything. We cooked several meals in the unit and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, which is always a bonus on vacation. Having AC was great and needed when the tradewinds stopped. The condos are old and it shows on the outside, but remodeled on the inside and very nice. Check in and out procedures and instructions were easy and it was comforting to know that you could text someone regarding the property at any time. My one question was answered promptly. You can tell the property owners are trying to make sure your vacation is wonderful, without any issues or feeling like anything is lacking. We had enough towels, starter paper products, coffee and chocolate. Entrance into the condo is via code, so you don’t have to carry around any keys or cards. A parking pass is supplied. All in all, we wouldn’t hestiate to return in the future. The one and only suggestion I would have is to get the exhaust fan working in the bathroom. Heili S.

The location is perfect. A one minute walk to the beautiful Napili bay/beach. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need, and then some. Toilet broke completely, small portable A/C which didn't cool unit at all, had to have 3 standing fans brought in, heavy dust on fake plants and bathroom pictures and all lamps, carpet in bedroom closet thick with dust (not vacuumed), oily kitchen bowls, lamps didn't work (faulty bulbs??), husband and adult son had to figure out the tv and wifi (weren't working), grime on switch plates and plug covers, splattered gunk on bathroom pictures, no storage at all (old books and games on the only shelves in unit, entire hall closet taken up with stuff), only 4 washcloths and 2 kitchen towels, when toilet was fixed the wet towels we left to collect the water were left in the hall floor (not even taken outside), no basic set of spices (no salt and pepper, garlic salt, etc....we had to buy and leave there). I had to text the owner/property manager many times during our stay and it put a dark cloud on the beginning of our trip. Laurie W.

Other buildings at Napili Shores are great, but the F building and this particular condo are mediocre at best. F-252 needs to update the bathroom. The shower has a plastic curtain and the bathroom fans do not work. We could hear our neighbors through the wall and could look right into the condos across from us. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There really isn't an indoor place to dine. There are good beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a cooler. There is no maid service so you have to wash your own towels regardless of how long you are staying. Lori W.

Nov 10, 2021 Relaxing stay in Napili We stayed here at the end of the weekend while we were in Maui. The location was great and had easy beach access. You could see the ocean off to the left of the patio and also had some restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including towels and beach chairs. May 01, 2021 Check in Every time we reached out with a question they took 5-6 hours to respond back. One time they didn’t respond till the next day. This is horrible when checking in or have important questions about your stay. We were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week stay. This was our first time using a Abnb. Next time we will be going back to the hotels where we get an answer right away. We loved the room. But the experience we had with the checkin person was a deal breaker for us. Why list a person to checkin with if they never respond. Makes no sense. Kyle K.

Mar 29, 2021 Absolutely Perfect! We have been coming to Maui for years, and have always stayed in the Napili area. But this unit was far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. Besides the location being perfect, the unit is incredibly beautiful with terrific Hawaiian decor. You can tell from the moment you open the door for the first time, the owner takes great pride in the property. Everything you need is provided for an amazing Hawaiian holiday with your family and friends. As an added bonus, the Napili Shores property itself is divine. Beautiful grounds, nice pools, close by eating options (including steps away from the famous Gazebo) and less than a 5 minute walk to sit on the best beach in Maui. We will definitely be back! The vaulted ceilings made it feel a little more spacious. The master bed was very comfortable and my two kids slept out on the two pull out beds and they didnt have any complaints. Dec 30, 2019 Excellent location, near beach and well stocked I loved the location and how it had a beach for sunning and sand, plus snorkeling. It seems to be a place turtles hung out. I saw at least one turtle every day I was there. Résidence was very well stocked. Usually I have to buy something but not this time. Owner has thought of everything. Farmers market across highway was open Wednesday and Saturday. Bought all my fresh fruit and vegetables there. It was awesome. Scott F.
Sep 25, 2019 Perfect location for the most relaxing Maui experience. Highly recommend this unit! The interior is modern and attractive, all the appliances are new, the pullout is actually comfortable (a first in my experience), and there’s a really good view of the ocean from the balcony. The property is quaint and perfect for my family, the grounds are perfectly maintained, and the pools are both really nice (and you can watch the sunset from the lower pool). Jul 01, 2019 Aloha! Excellent, kid-friendly room and beach Great, place to stay. We loved that this place was a low rise complex, so I could easily send the kids out to play on the grass. The top floor was nice so you had some privacy from people walking by and we loved that it had vaulted ceilings to make the place more open and airy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need for breakfast-dinner. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out beds. There were board games, beach chairs, snorkels and fins, and cooler bags. My one complaint is that it was hot. There is one a/c unit which cools the family room and plenty of fans. The cold air doesn't reach the bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable...yet, I was still in tropical Hawaii....so, I don't want to complain much. The complex BBQ's were nice and the family enjoyed the simple pools. The kids loved the tide pools at the beach and the perfect boogie boarding waves. Thanks for the beautiful place to stay.
