Beautifully remodeled and decorated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I will always skip the Ritz!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was STUNNING. The property looks exactly like the pictures, and this exceeded my expectations. Amazing views!

This unit was exactly as described! Breathtaking views to wake up to every morning! Clean, beds comfy, quit neighborhood, stunning remodel. Kitchen was just what we needed to whip up breakfast and lunch for the beach. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again! Mahalo!

Sep 24, 2024 Beautiful place near the best snorkeling spots on Maui We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was even better than we’d imagined. Small touches - like making shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in both showers and ground Hawaiian coffee in the kitchen - made everything easy upon arrival. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler and especially the proximity to both Honolua Bay and Slaughterhouse Beach for snorkeling (a short drive). Sep 24, 2024 Perfect Paradis Retreat! If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place to stay while visiting West Maui, look no further! We liked that the villa was cleaned with care upon our arrival and had everything needed to make our stay there very relaxing and comfortable. The furnishings and appliances were clean and looked to be fairly new. Hubby and I enjoyed sipping cocktails on the lanai, which had a nice view of the ocean from afar. We also liked that we could walk to Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay instead of having to drive and park (under 1 mile walk, so that distance may not be for everyone but we liked getting some fresh air and extra steps in). There are resort restaurants and other locally owned places to eat conveniently located nearby too. Lastly, the property management company was a pleasure to work with; they kept us updated on what to expect as our arrival and departure dates approached, and were friendly and responsive to the questions I had. Sep 24, 2024 Great Condo, Quiet Neighborhood, Lovely Location We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. We loved the tranquility of the location and the fantastic view from the property! Whales were visible everyday from the privacy of your own condo and made each day special. Several beautiful beaches within walking distance are great for "getting your steps in." We were also able to find parking at all of the nearby beaches on those lazy days. Communication was professional, check-in and out was straightforward, and the team even accommodated a special request. There was construction happening on the roof when we were there, which was not a huge issue for us, however, I know that some guests may want to be informed ahead of time, when possible. This construction was happening on the other condos too, as they were working their way down the street, clearly as part of the Ridge Villas upkeep, so the team may not have had exact dates or control over when this is happening.The kitchen window crank needs repair but other than that the condo exceeded expectations and I would stay again in a heart beat. There was a power outage on the island while we were there and it sounded like this is a common occurrence there so don't forget your flashlight. The only other thing was when my husband began loading our luggage on the morning of check out, he returned to the door to find the code had already stopped working and it was only about 10:15 am and we were not due to check out until 11 and had not yet done so. This also didn't create a problem, as I was still inside but we did have to be very mindful for one of us to stay inside the rest of the morning. This could have been an issue, had we gone out for the morning and not been able to get back in. That being said, the only reason I included these small details is because information only makes for even better future experiences. Overall, this was a high quality, positive stay with a professional and thorough hosting team. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to return! Tia J.
Sep 24, 2024 A Perfect Stay Everything about our stay at this property was perfect. The view is better than the photos and the unit is super well-equipped everything is brand new and feels luxurious. There are beach chairs, coolers, and toys so no need to buy or bring anything. The unit is big enough for a family of four and with the extra bathroom shower and laundry, we will bring our kids next time although it was nice to have the place to ourselves for a week. Be sure and take advantage of the free Kapalua Shuttle to get around, call and they pick you up and drop you anywhere in Kapalua - that was an unexpected bonus, as we hardly used our rental car! Sep 24, 2024 Beautiful open and airy condo! Beautifully updated condo. Very spacious and clean. Loved the view and open and bright layout. Quiet and well-maintained grounds. Kapalua is a bit farther from Lahaina than we've stayed before so just depends on what kind of vacation you are wanting. Loved the quiet, uncrowded beaches and the walking trails. The store was convenient and enough food options. Loved Fleming Beach and fabulous meals at Merriman's, Mama's Fish House (though have to make reservations well before your trip). Also enjoyed a day trip to Lanai as we'd never been there. Sunset at Haleakala and Road to Hana are also fun. The road going north around the top of the island is also gorgeous though can be a pain and scary with the one-lane roads. Minor maintenance needed--balancing the bedroom fan so it's quieter and fixing the sliding door screen that came off tracks way too easily. Ice was not set up in the freezer so appreciated the ice bags that were provided and had plenty. Would be nice if the complex had recycling in multiple locations. Didn't use BBQs as too far from the condo. Definitely would stay again! A

Feb 07, 2024 Overall Good I'm a very detailed and picky vacationer. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much more. Pros: View Space Kitchen Cons: 1. Fan and light above the stove didnt work. 2. Bedroom AC was not cool enough. Humid in bedroom. 3. Shower was big but only one shower head and very low water pressure. 4. Kitchen cabinets had been "wrapped/remodeled" and the wrap was coming loose in places. 5. Couch- you would be better off with a comforta le sectional with recliners. Couch was horribly uncomfortable. 6. Patio furniture and sliding dooes have been etched badly by the saltwater. 7. Not enough wash cloths. Had to wash towels every couple of days. 8. Overall value The price we paid was excessive for what the stay provided. We would have given a better review if it wasnt so expensive. Cheryl T.

We loved the location, the view, and the amenities were nice. The rental rate was a good value. But clearly, this unit is a rental mule. The host needs to do a better job of paying attention to the details. We had an AC (Apparently an issue before we stayed here) and washer issue, and neither was fixed during our stay. There was communication with the host but not a resolution. The remedies, unfortunately, made the stay uncomfortable. However, I would stay here again if the issues at hand were addressed. Donald S.

The interior was recently remodeled and beautiful. The view was amazing. Best of all we were able to walk to so many highly rated restaurants. May 25, 2023 Great stay! Although the pictures looked great, this condo was even nicer in person and we had a great time staying here. It is in a very quiet resort. We loved having the personal parking spot right outside the front door and the beach within a very short walking distance down the paved walking path through the village. Jesse S.

Loved the view and open and bright layout. Quiet and well maintained grounds. Kapalua is a bit farther from Lahaina than we've stayed before so just depends on what kind of vacation you are wanting. Loved the quiet, uncrowded beaches and the walking trails. Store was convenient and enough food options. Loved Fleming Beach and fabulous meals at Merriman's, Mama's Fish House (though have to make reservations well before your trip). Also enjoyed a day trip to Lanai as we'd never been there. Sunset at Haleakala and Road to Hana also fun. The road going north around top of island is also gorgeous though can be a pain and scary with the one lane roads.Minor maintenance needed--balancing the bedroom fan so it's quieter and fixing the sliding door screen that came off tracks way too easily. Ice not set up in freezer so appreciated the ice bags that were provided and had plenty. Would be nice if the complex had recycling in multiple locations. Didn't use BBQs as too far from condo.Definitely would stay again!

Mar 17, 2023 Excellent Condo in Kapalua We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kapalua. The views were breathtaking. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs and all kitchen items. The place was beautifully furnished and very very clean. I would recommend this condo to everyone. We had a great experience we cannot wait to come back and stay here on beautiful Maui! Sara M.
Jan 15, 2025 This Airbnb is so beautiful. The view itself was my favorite part of my stay. Going out there every morning and having a cup of coffee was the best part. The location is fantastic, so walkable to Kalupa Bay! This Airbnb is great if you’re a young couple. 10 min drive to Whaler’s Village & all the restaurants there, foodland. Also, you have fun activities surrounding you too like whale watching, ziplinging, etc. This Airbnb is run by an LLC so they have multiple locations, with the time change too they have set hours of when they are reachable. Some amenities weren’t working during our stay. Other than that, we loved it. Trammy Phan
