Coulter House is amazing- great Banker’s Hill location and historic charm. Clearly a lot of effort to help make it a bit more useable as an AirBnB vice a private home, but would be more comfortable with a few easy modifications: easier to access plugs adjacent to all bedrooms as well as common areas. Door stops for the side door and front door so as to prevent the door from banging shut. Communicating with Gather vacations was done via SMS text vice the AirBnB platform so that they could all receive it from their local SD team, but mostly what I received were automated texts that weren’t tailored to our actual property or timing (eg checkout instructions in text were different than verbally explained at check-in / the house manual. These are small items just to help make a great location even better - thanks for hosting our group!
