My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at this property. The amenities were as described and we were able to take advantage of having a full kitchen to cook meals and enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the lanai. Would book again if we come back to the North Shore area of Oahu.

Right next to the hotel with it’s shops and dining. Overall it was fantastic. Jean was very quick to respond to questions we had. Lastly: i screwed up and booked us leaving one day earlier than planned. This was my fault but Jean immediately responded and helped my get booked for one more night. They were so proactive reaching out to us with details on our check-in, stay, and departure. The place was beyond our expectations. Amazing location, so clean, had everything we needed. May 09, 2024 This unit was well laid out, comfortable, and clean. Beds comfy, baths clean, kitchen was equipped with just enough. Proximity to beach and pool was highly advantageous. Ability to use all hotel amenities, eateries and bars was great. Additional parking for extra car was available and close. Furniture shows signs of wear. Outdoor furnishings need thorough cleaning. The kitchen is very well set up. The primary BR was roomy and private the secondary bedrooms were nice and shared a bath. In addition to the hotel restaurants, there are many nearby food trucks with delicious food. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first trip to the North Shore of Oahu. Jeanne A
Nov 11, 2025 In general, we liked this location and airbnb, but it didn’t “wow” us. The location is lovely, the proximity to the Ritz is great and we loved the beach and pool. Our biggest issues were with the rental management company. We received a lot of frustrating and unnecessary emails from the company, including requests for detailed information for each guest (phone and email), as well as an erroneous invoice before we arrived for us to pay “the rest of our deposit”, even though we paid upfront through Airbnb. At one point, the washing machine quit working, but the company managing the rental didn’t answer any of the four phone numbers they listed for support. We also tried messaging for other questions and just got automated messages in response. This Airbnb lacks a lot of the hospitality you expect for a highly rated Airbnb. Lovely location and we ultimately would go back, but the host side of the rental could use some improvement. Laura Yoon

Feb 09, 2026 Our family of six absolutely loved our stay here!! The place was so spacious, cozy and serene. We had the most amazing time and felt right at home. This particular unit was wonderful being a floor unit, close to pool and hot tub, easy access to beach, while the lush gardening outside the lanai provided perfect privacy. We had our own parking space close by, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was brilliant getting to venture out and enjoy the North Shore or stay and enjoy all that Turtle Bay had to offer. We loved the scenic walking path to sunset, nearby yummy restaurants, and all the fun snorkeling, surfing and beaches nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Tammy Molnar
Feb 23, 2026 We are coming to turtle Bay since 2014 and we stayed in the villas the condos at the golf course at the turtle Bay hotel, which is now Ritz Carlton at turtle Bay. The turtle Bay properties and the surrounding North Shore are our favorite! This villa was so nice! It had everything we needed and we love the location that put us close to the pool and not far from the beach just steps the villa itself was lovely and well cared for with up-to-date amenities. We would love to stay here again. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful everything is at turtle Bay. Guest
