We loved our stay in Princeville!
The location was wonderful, and the view was amazing. We had a great family vacation and would come back again.

We never met a host. There were too many layers between us and the owner who we never met. There was VRBO, Hanalei Bay Resort, Elite Pacific, Gather vacations. We mostly communicated with Gather Vacation who might have been 5 or 6 time zones away and were not that familiar with the property. E.g. it was not 4 bedrooms that we contracted for but 3 bedrooms ands a non private loft with stairs too narrow for me to navigate. I’m 78. The condo was well equipped but the appliances were dated. The refrigerator failed and needed to be replaced which took us more than a day to deal with. And Our fish and steaks and dairy didn’t stay fresh enough to eat Only one side of the toaster functioned. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well. The vacuum cleaner smelled while in use. The washer and dryer in the kitchen were terrific. The resort itself was excellent, the local staff were super helpful. Great views, nice pool. Limited food choices on premises. Nice games and toys AMA boogie boards for kids. Top quality surf for the surfers.

Good value for our large group.
Beautiful views and great location where we were able to enjoy both the amenities of the resort we were on and the restaurants at the resort next door. The house had all the beach chairs, and items needed for fun in the sun. The unit was much more dated than expected and we had some issues with an off putting smell in one bedroom, but the team was responsive and addressed our concerns. Good value for our large group.
