Brought 3 adult kids and a grand baby for 16 days. The house was a great fit for us. It is spacious and well equipped in kitchen, chairs for going to beach. Pool was great and the deck facing north was perfect for us as it did not get too much sunsun.

The pool was great and the house was well appointed. The only things that were frustrating to us, were the need to ask for the codes to things (they were not given in advance) such as the gate code to the community and the code to the side garage door. I feel like any codes to things you would naturally need access to should be included clearly in the welcome email. The only other issue we had was with the bbq. It was in such a deplorable condition that it would actually catch fire easily even while using on low temperatures. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the property manager was very responsive. However, the maintenance people who must have come while we were out did NOT clean the bbq at all. My husband did his best to clean it so we could use it, which is not ideal when you do not have the proper equipment, such as gloves, shop-vac, etc. Overall, that was the most frustrating part of the stay. No one wants to cook everything indoors while it is nearly 80 degrees outside and the A/C is not allowed to go below 73. These bbq's should be cleaned after every guest, or at a minimum once a month, for safety reasons.

May 03, 2024 Our family of 6 adults and a toddler were very comfortable here (we brought our our blow up air mattress for the toddler). The pool and views were amazing. The sliding doors going out to the pool had alarms which were great for making sure our toddler didn’t try to go outside without us noticing. The host was very responsive on the few small issues we had. They were able to accommodate us checking in early and checking out late. We had access to the private Mauna Lani beach club which had great snorkeling in a cove with no waves. The house was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles/toys. Mar 04, 2024 We had an amazing time. There were 3 married couple and 2 single adults. We couldn't have asked for a better location or set up for a house. The rooms were all plenty spacious and with 3 bathrooms there was no issues getting ready for going places. The pool and hot tub combo was so unique and yet very functional. We used both everyday and night. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and towels available for us to use for beach time. I'd definitely recommend and would stay here again. Cassandra Bennett

Apr 23, 2024 The place was wonderful. A couple issues though. 1. The pool is lovely however if you are allergic to bees, be aware. There are over grown plants with several bees around pool. We couldn’t use pool during the day. 2. The tiles in the spa entrance and exit to the pool was corroded and razor sharp, and I cut myself and abraded the better part of my leg. So be aware. Jan 04, 2025 Pool and hot tub are better than pictured! Nice and warm, very enjoyable. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy. Very roomy spaces, HUGE master bath, awesome kitchen with everything a cook needs, just an overall lovely house! We also took advantage of the beach chairs and boogie boards, those items are hard to pack on an airplane and sure make the beach more fun. The lanai was wonderful and we enjoyed grilling out there. Jul 10, 2025 Perfect Family Home Photos don’t do this house justice!! It was so beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the top lanai with a peekaboo ocean view and sunbathing while the kids played in the perfect-sized pool. All the finishes are new and modern and the bedding was so comfortable. We walked through the golf course path (right in our own backyard) to easily get to the Fairmont Orchid beach and restaurants. Hands down the best rental we have stayed in!! More than enough space for 2 grandparents, 3 young kids and 2 parents to spread out and enjoy their space!! Lynn H

Oct 13, 2025 Wish list:1) Entrance gate “clicker” to avoid having to get out of car to manually input the code.2). Provide code to side entrance door to the garage. The car can get locked in the garage with no way of getting the garage door open (clicker left in car).3). Beach towels are getting a little worn.4). Spa heats, but pump circulation is set so low there is very little aeration.5). Main bedroom bed pillows are becoming lumpy due to age.6) Would love to have had a pineapple “corer” as a kitchen utensil.7). Would love to have had a couple of bicycles.8). Note: Backyard irrigation system is “spouting” (wasting water) in two places near the steps to the pool.We loved the house…the above items, as mentioned, are just a suggested “wish list.” Thank you for sharing your home with us. May 12, 2026 We stayed here for 10 days with our kids and overall had a good experience, with a few things worth knowing before booking. The highlights: The neighborhood is peaceful and well-located — a 5-minute walk to a gym and community pool. The in-house pool was a definite winner with the kids and became a daily highlight of our stay. For longer stays, keep in mind: A few things that are manageable for a short trip became noticeable over 10 days. There’s no vacuum cleaner — just a broom — which made keeping a clean house with kids more effort than expected. You’re also responsible for hauling trash to the central bins yourself, which adds up. Neither is a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re planning an extended stay. Communication: The Airbnb messaging contact was responsive and helpful. The property manager, however, was harder to reach — I often had to go through the Airbnb contact to get the manager’s attention. Not a major issue but something to be aware of. Shahrzad Rafatnia
