Really well equipped delightfully cozy home in stunning lakeside and woodland neighborhood. Quiet location but only a short distance from downtown Bellingham and Whatcom Falls Park. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice fully stocked and comfortable home. The TV set up was my only disappointment. There is no traditional cable box TV set up on the television. The set up is Apple TV. You must bring all your streaming apps with you to access any TV usage. The host was kind enough to set me up to use their NETFLIX (which I never used). There is no live TV except through an app that you are subscribed to. Otherwise, the location and accommodations are great.

137 books. There were books artistically placed throughout the house. The house was well decorated with art and antiques. It was very serene. The garden was peaceful. The neighborhood was quite and walkable. It was all very calming. Yet it was only 10 minutes from town.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home over the Thanksgiving holiday. They had just done a holiday photo shoot and asked if we wanted them to leave the decorations up or take them down before our arrival. We opted in. When we walked into the home there were lights and a decorated tree and the table was set for a holiday dinner. It felt like walking into a relative's home. We were informed the night before our arrival that the furnace had given out. The hosts contacted us as soon as they realized this. The bought effective space heaters for every room and turned on the gas fireplace so that by the time we arrived it was warm. The following day (first business day), the repair team was on site before 8am. They had the furnace replaced in quick order. I really appreciated the transparency of the hosts; there were no surprises. We had a fabulous holiday, served a full Thanksgiving meal from the well outfitted kitchen, and experienced a wonderful vacation.
